I hired this company to seal a paver walkway and re-sand and seal a pool patio. This was an extremely frustrating experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. On the positive side Nilton was friendly to deal with. However....his employees brought the wrong color sand, fortunately, I noticed this as soon as they started to pour it out. I had to push him to use a plate compactor for installing the sand. He said it wouldn't make a difference, many online instructions disagree, including the manufacturer's directions. He didn't water the sand correctly to activate the polymers (manufacturer instructions say go over it at least 3 times, he watered it once), so I had loose sand on the patio and in my pool all summer while waiting for appropriate weather for him to return to finish. When he finally came to put the sealer down he didn't check the weather first. The sealer needs to be put down when there is no rain predicted for 24 hours, there were massive thunderstorms predicted for that afternoon. If I hadn't been on top of that, it would have ruined the sealer. When he came back the next time, he brought the wrong product with him, which I had to call his attention to. He didn't back roll the sealer (per manufacturer instructions) on the textured walkway, so it puddled up in some of the grooves in the pavers. Now when it rains, the walkway has white cloudy patches all over it until it dries, it looks terrible. I sent a picture of this the first time it appeared, no reply. This lack of any communication was typical for the entire process. The only way I was able to get any response (on one occasion) was to approach his truck at the gas station when I saw him there once. I felt a bit awkward, but he was completely unresponsive to text or email. He seems like a nice guy, but his lack of attention to detail and lack of integrity in completing this job was ridiculous. I resent spending $1500 for a job and having to oversee every step of the process.

It was fabulous. They did wonderful work. They were extremely easy work with, and in tune to what we wanted.

Curbs inc is legit. Nilton, the owner is a real nice honest guy. His crew arrived on time and the finished product was much better than we could have anticipated. I rate these guys a solid 10.

The work was completed in two days. It was started on time as promised. It was completed sooner than expected. In The interactions we had with them were very professional. They gave us a quote and explained and detailed everything in it. They had a fair price.
