CLOSE UP HOME INSPECTION

Ron did two inspections for us - the first did not work out - and was detailed and thorough for both. He arrived early to assess, gave us a very comprehensive report within a few hours of the inspection, and was straightforward, professional, and very knowledgeable. We came away very confident in our understanding of the home and his price was very reasonable.

Ron arrived early, and got to work right away before I got there (He was on the roof inspecting the roof and chimneys). Although this house was in pristine condition, Ron was so very thorough and found all the little things that needed fixing from electrical panel, a mouse nest in the pool cabana, some previous water damage in the ceilings (probably why the roof was new), door misalignment, heating system ....... He literally tested every outlet, switch, pipe, gas, fireplaces, structure on the outside etc. I have enormous comfort buying this home knowing how thorough he was. I have purchased 5 homes over the years and this was the most thorough inspection I have ever seen. He walked me around and showed me all the issues and also gave me an introduction into the homes systems and what I should do for maintenance. He also reviewed areas where I could save money on insulation, heating with the Mass Save program. I am extremely impressed with Ron!
