I have used these electricans for many years now. They are professional and do the job correctly! Years ago, I hired a "friend of a friend" who was al electrician. That person messed up my wiring. My coworker recommended Romeo Beaulies and Sons, and I have used them since. They fixed that error from the "friend of a friend" within minutes, they found his error. (And that "friend of a friend" had been out to my home SEVERAL times, so he should have known.) Romeo Beaulieu installed my hot tub wiring (outdoors to panel) to code, earlier did a ceiling fan (where there was none), and a bathroom light fixture (where there was no electrical "box" in the wall. Don't mess with a "friend of a friend" with a license, get the pros!

They were quick to diagnose my problem and to fix it. I also used them to install lighting.

I needed some electrical work done related to a vented gas heater: 1) bonding of CSST gas piping; 2) installation of a hard-wired CO2 detector; and 3) a dedicated outlet. I called this contractor on a Friday, I believe, and he told me he would call me Monday to make an appointment to come by. He called exactly when he said he would, and made an appointment for the next morning. He came exactly on time. He examined the CSST pipe that needed bonding; claimed there was no need for a hard-wired CO2 detector (this was not correct; the requirement is in the gas code, though, so perhaps this is why he was not aware of it); and said there was no need for a dedicated outlet (he was correct here). I appreciated that he did not want to do work that was not required (our goal was to meet the expectations of our local gas inspector). But it was interesting he was not aware of the electrical requirements in the gas code. His quote was very reasonable (half the outlying high quote, which was made over the phone; and slightly lower than the quote I went with). While he was here, we importuned him to make a quotation for installing a ceiling fan in our living room, which he proceeded to do directly and quickly. He left and promised the quote in the mail, which he sent two days later. This contractor was mild and straightforward, the impression I got was very meat and potatoes, reliable. The only reason I say above that I would not call him again is because I found another electrical contractor who I am very happy with, and intend to use for further work. This contractor seemed perfectly good--getting his quote was a positive experience.

The quality of the material and workmanship is outstanding!!

I have only called them for discrete smaller projects. They finished the electrical work in my kitchen after I fired the prior electrician. They have rewired some all wiring, fixed mistakes of prior electricians and been sensitive to the fact we own a 250+ year old house. They don't drill through beams. They communicate well their concerns, their issues and their resolutions.

They are awesome. They are professional and very knowledgeable of old houses. They are honest and reliable. They have fixed things that other electricians couldn't. I would highly recommend them.
