Merry Maids of Holyoke

Very well. The workers were efficient, professional and pleasant.

I had just bought the house and wanted it cleaned before I moved in. I contacted Merry Maids of Holyoke. The house was completely empty but the work that they did and the price that they charged was completely outrageous! I wanted the windows cleaned, floors mopped and cabinets cleaned up and the bathroom. When I came in, I took pictures and sent them to the lady who offered to come back and have it done. The kitchen cabinets don't go all the way to the ceiling and so, the tops of the kitchen cabinets were filthy. Underneath the appliances, cabinetry there were paper towels and bottle caps. I noticed they didn't get underneath and they could have to clean underneath. None of the tops of anything were cleaned up. There were eight ceiling fans and those weren't cleaned. I was very disappointed in what she did. I contacted her and she said they can come back out. I asked her why she couldn't have just done that from the start. She said she didn't know what happened. I told her it was her job to know what happened. She said they could come back out but not in a week. I told her that's too late because I am moving in. I wanted it done before I moved in with my new furniture. She said they could give me the service after I had moved in I said no, I don't want to use them. If you can't clean when the place is empty, how are you going to clean when it has furniture. I would never use them again. The house is three bedrooms, two and a half baths, kitchen and living area.
