The initial clean was incredibly thorough. The follow-up visits always left us unimpressed. Even the room on the deep clean list didn't seem very clean. If you leave ANYTHING on the floor the just clean around it, nothing is moved on shelves or from the floor. The initial clean is worth it (~$268), but the follow-up is disappointing.

The service was regular and punctual. The price was somewhat high for the amount of time needed, but I was willing to pay for the customer service, insurance, and presumably better quality. We had some issues with items being checked off but not completed. Cleanings were generally acceptable but not deeply cleaned, even when that room was on the "deeper cleaning" day. Then we had a day when the cleaners left a side door ajar and turned off our boiler switch in the winter. I came home to a freezing, insecure house and an escaped cat. When I called to complain, they were polite but suggested that my house guest was responsible. I found that insulting as I certainly trust my family more than I trust them. That door is tricky but I had specifically shown it to the estimator when he came initially and he made a note of it. I discontinued service. I think my expectations were too high because of the higher prices. In the end, I found those prices didn't get me better, safer service after all.
