Description of Work: Replaced old roof and installed new basement windows. Excellent work. Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We had one minor concern which was dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Getting windows, doors, siding & gutters. Very nice job so far -job not completed yet. Dave is very responsive to inquiries before signing contract and during job. So far everything looks great-excited to see the finished product.

Description of Work: Dave showed up with entire crew and worked straight through until the job was done. They were professional and courteous and did great job of cleanup before they left. Dave insured everything was done properly and that I was happy their work.

Description of Work: Over the last 20 years, Mr. Miner has replaced my roof twice, installed vinyl siding, and replaced my gutters. In all these occasions, his crew has been very efficient and professional. The work was performed to a very high level of quality, at a reasonable price. They were personally supervised by Mr. Miner. At the end of the job, all residual materials were removed. The one downside is that, because he is much sought after, it may take a little time before he can return a phone call prior to beginning a job, or after it is finished. However, once the job is begun, he doesn't stop until it is completed. Moreover, he checked in regularly while the work was being performed. I did not have any problems with the work itself, so I don't have any experience with his response to post-completion contact.

Description of Work: Dave Miner and his crew removed our old shingles and gutters and replaced them with new ones. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

Description of Work: We met with Mr. Miner and were impressed with his presentation. He was supposed to look at a second roof and get back to us. He never did. I left several messages and did not receive a response.

Description of Work: Held 1/3 deposit for over 90 days. Job was done after I called at 90 days because he failed to call me back when I spoke to him on July 15, promising to call me in 7 to 10 days. Sick of contractors promising to get jobs done and then don't call back.

Description of Work: Dave and his crew took off three layers of roofing, replaced old plywood, repaired roof vents and replaced all piping going out of the roof. He also took off our old gutters and put up new ones. He did this all in 1 1/2 days. He said the crew would be there at 7:30am and were here at 7:15am. They worked all day. They were neat and clean. I appreciate gentleman and they were, no swearing or yelling. It was near Easter at the time and I had a temporary tree branch planted in my front bed to hold little plastic easter egg decorations, the guys were so careful that if any eggs fell off the tree they would gently put them back on. I was impressed. I also have a small dog who likes to put nails of anything else in her mouth if it's on the ground, well they have a giant magnet that picks up all metal, plus they raked every area were they stepped. My yard actually looked BETTER than the way they found it, another great thing about this company. No papers or contractor debris or papercups of coffee left behind. I would use them again anytime. Before any work was done Dave spent 2 hrs. with me explaining everything they would do and the warranties he offers. He's a great guy. This is a good company and I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Dave called me and was going to come and look at leaking skylight, Came out showed up early! Looked at roof told me what needed doing and said it was a small job and that he would take care of it for me in about 2-3 weeks when working in town. Haven't seen or heard from him again. He did tell me to spray kilzn on water stained area and expected rain in a couple of days. Area still dry but I have not heard from him. This is week 3 maybe he will call.
