About us

CMS Landscaping specializes in irrigation (sprinklers) and maintenance. We also provide a 5-step lawn care program, core aeration, lime application, seeding and soil testing. Because one size does not fit all, the CMS Landscaping program includes a tailored approach to your dandelion and other weed problems as well as insect, tick and mole control through Integrated Pest Management (IPM). From the sprinklers to the fertilizer, our full time staff of technicians is armed with the state of the art equipment and the know-how to produce a lush, green lawn, and delivers a level of service you probably thought didn’t exist anymore.

It took a couple of months because a lot had to go in stages We were very happy with them. They produced high quality work.

CMS Landscaping has been able to make my lawn wonderful compared to the efforts of other vendors used in the past. Crabgrass was always a problem and they have been able to reduce the crabgrass considerably. They utilize as many organic products as possible that appear to have positive effect. A few years ago they installed a lawn sprinkler system which has been working very well and also contributes to the overall health of the lawn. They offer a discount if their program ( 5 steps ) is paid yearly rather than per step. I recommend them highly.
