Village Green Landscape & Lawn Care Services, Inc., was established in 1985 as a full service landscape company. Located in Holliston, Massachusetts, in our new 10,500 sq. ft. buildings, we now employ over 70 people in season with a fleet of 40 vehicles. Complete Satisfaction is our goal, and we achieve this in a number of ways: 1.Full time customer service manager in office to answer any questions you may have. 2.Immediate response to any concerns you may have. 3.Continuous training of all employees relating to customer service and technical education. 4.Supervisor on job site at all times. 5.Free proposals. 6.Accurate job scheduling. 7.Automatic re-scheduling. 8.Adjustment to customer needs. 9.Quality workmanship. 10.Constant improvement in all facets of the business. This company once was good but has changed hands and I recommend steering clear of them. Their former customer service pledge is no longer in effect. I hired them to do the work last year. This year I dealt with a different individual who was extremely rude and non-responsive to my basic questions. I wanted to know when they could do the work and what the cost would be for 1 and/or 2 visits. He tried to schedule me on a high wind warning day and when I questioned him about that he became hostile. I also asked for a written estimate which I never received. Do not waste your time with such rude individuals, you will find yourself looking for another landscaper.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: VILLAGE GREEN DID SNOW REMOVAL FOR OUR 18-UNIT TOWNHOUSE CONDO COMPLEX. THEY OVERCHARGED US BY RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS EVEN IN YEARS WITH VIRTUALLY NO SNOW (LIKE 2001-2002). THEY DESTROYED PROPERTY (GARAGE DOORS, MAILBOX POSTS) THAT TOOK FOREVER TO REPAIR (IN FACT, ONE MAILBOX POST IS STILL PENDING 10 MONTHS LATER).
