Paul found the most suitable system for our smallish cottage house, and he and Daniel were invaluable in explaining how a modern thermostat works to get the right settings. Once the purchase was made, the company quickly installed the heat pump. The company also helps with the rebate forms. During the recent cold nights, the heat pump has worked flawlessly. We are very satisfied with the product.

On the day that the heat pump is installed, request that Paul or Daniel be there at the end of the installation to go over all the details on how to operate the complicated thermostat. Paul and Daniel will answer all questions, but those who install the pump do not handle thermostat questions. And the maker of this thermostat, like the makers of all modern thermostats, does not provide a manual or a clear explanation on-line. This lack of manual and on-line instructions is exceptionally frustrating, which is why staff like Paul and Daniel are essential on the day of installation.

SumZero Energy Systems have been excellent in the last several months with supporting the replacement of my air conditioning system in my old condo as well as servicing my furnace. A price comparison with other local companies also prooved SumZero Energy Systems offered the best price. When I purchased a home a few months later, I called them to take a look at my air conditioning system and furnace because I felt as though they had provided such excellent service in the past. It was a no-brainer to ask for consultation regarding the heating and cooling systems in my new home! The A/C that was installed was actually a ductless A/C from Mitsubishi . It has the ability to heat as well. My experience with SumZero and Ilija and his crew was top notch. They were wonderful to work with. Professional, polite and very efficient. I d definitely use them again and have recommended them to numberous people.
