Description of Work: We purchase this deal to get our AC unit up and running for the summer but the service provder could not provide service until after August, by then we would be without AC for most part of the summer. If they are so back up, they should not be selling the deal still.

Description of Work: We have used Nicholson a number of times for repairs to our radiator heating system and boiler. They were responsive and pinpointed our problem. We called with a question about a noise coming from our ventilations system during a blizzard and received a call within 5 min. We will use Nicholson for all of our plumbing and HV/AC needs.

Description of Work: I sent an electronic inquiry via Angie's List and they called me back right away, considering the holiday. They explained that there would be a charge of $55 just to talk to the plumber about options for the repair I have in mind. I did not engage their services at this time as I have not ever, in the past, paid for an estimate or quote.

Description of Work: New furnace (<97%) through MassSave. Blew competitors pricing out of the water. Did an outstanding job and am extremely happy with their work.

Description of Work: Our AC was not working during the first heat wavew of the summer, and they were able to come after hours (9pm) during a VERY busy time for them the same day that I called them. Let's just say I have never felt like a more valued customer, and this was the first time that we had done business together. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, and solved it for us right away. I have thrown away the business card of the company I had worked with in the past, and will turn to the trusty hands of Nicholson the next time I have a problem. I'm also going to get an estimate from them for a new hot water heater because I was so exceedingly satisfied with their service and pricing.

Description of Work: I was in need of an emergency AC repair service for my heat pump and contacted this company after reading their reviews on Angies List. While, I did not use their services because they could not come in one the day I needed; I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. They understood my need for emergency and accommodated me the following day (Sat) and said they would come in early. They were upfront about the services they would perform and I was comfortable knowing what it would take to get my problem fixed. I had to go with another vendor, because they were able to come on the same day that I needed services.
