Dear member, I am sorry to read that you are dissatisfied with our services. We strive to offer prompt and exceptional customer service. Our prices reflect the total cost of the installations including parts, labor, taxes and we provide it to you before the work begins with options that way you can make an informed decision. As a professional plumbing company who employs only licensed plumbers we include the cost of them to come to your home, perform the work, and include a warranty for the repairs/installation options we provide . So the cost of them to come to your home is not as simple as a $5 part. We also use parts and materials that are of professional grade which although are usually a bit more expensive are much higher quality. You mentioned a toilet repair for 542 with included uninstalling and reinstalling your existing toilet, and if you recall we also provided you with a couple options and that was the most costly. There was certainly a less expensive solution that we provided you with. Nonetheless I am sorry that you were not completely satisfied with our services.
