He came promptly and quickly assessed the situation. He said the proper way to fix the leak was replace all the plumbing down to the basement. I told him we could not afford to do that until after the holidays. He worked with us to come up with a solution that would get us through the next couple of months although he could not give us any warranty, which we agreed to. We are satisfied with the results.

The whole experience from start, arranging for a service, to finish, getting the service, cost, the works(!) were great. Nicholson's have become my go to for plumbing and more recently HVAC services.

They were prompt, efficient and courteous. The work was done quickly, and they gave me useful information about service plan options.

Everyone we interacted with at Nicholson was a pleasure to work with. Anthony came out to the house to give us a quote, and was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. Anthony gave us a thorough and professionally prepared quote on the spot (we had to wait weeks after our site visit with other companies we got quotes from) and the price came in more than $1,000 below other quotes we received, for the same system and equipment. They also assisted us with identifying the Mass Save rebates we were eligible for and did most of the paperwork for applying for them. When we hired them, they were able to come out within two weeks to do the job (we were not in a rush as our current system was still functioning). Wayne and Ryan were our installation team and were at the house for two days completing the job. They were very courteous, polite, professional, and respectful, and went above and beyond to inspect our water and gas piping outside of the immediate area they were working in, and replaced several weak joints free of charge. The project moved smoothly and we are very happy with the end result!

Rick diagnosed the problem with the AC right away, and was able to get it up and running within an hour. The work on both kitchen sinks was a challeng due to the fact that both sinks are 10 inches deep, and Rick’s ability to work inside the cabinets was difficult. He never “cried uncle”, completed the work without complaint, and did a great job! He was a pleasure to have in my home. I do not want to omit mentioning Nicholson’s customer service. From the first call and throughout the entire scheduling process, Lauren could not have been more upbeat, accommodating, and helpful. She represents the company in all of the most positive ways, as does Rick. All in all, Nicholson Plumbing came through for me. I would absolutely hire them again, and encourage anyone needing plumbing, heating, or cooling services to give them a call.

I could not be more pleased. The entire project was completed on the date promised and for the amount quoted. There were no surprises. The technicians were friendly and extremely professional. The area was spotless when all was done and the technicians had left.

Problem was fixed. They're a little pricey.

Went extremely well. However, less than 2 years after installation the unit had some issues which struck me as being too soon for something like that to occur. I even had a repair contract which I thought would cover the expenses. The repairman told me the price of the repair which was expensive and I protested. The repairman was excellent and called the owner when I was being told the amount of the repair. The owner cut the price which pleased me. I am left wondering if I may have bought the wrong unit or had better service.

Oleg was great. He assessed the situation and quickly presented a solution with price quotes. He did exactly what he said and showed me every step as he completed them. I was very happy with the service.

System installed. So far very good.

Purchased a $25 OFF Drain Cleaning Services deal. Immediately contacted the service provider requesting an appointment but got no response. After a 30 Day refund guarantee expired got a call offering to schedule an appointment the very next day. There was a catch, though, a $55 fee for an estimate. I refused. I am out of $25 and will never do business with Nicholson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc again.

It turned out good. They did a good job. They actually, I got them to fix a leaking toilet, but they changed the toilet. They charged me separately for that, but they did a good job. Altogether it came to $1100 for replacing the toilet.

Excellent company to do business with. They showed up when they said. Very Clean work area. Excellent knowledgeable employees. Very Professional work appearance. They took extra effort to assembly everything in a nice neat appearance. And Nicholson HVAC had the best price.

I was very pleased with the promptness of an available appointment and with the service provided. Rick S was very thorough in trying to find the cause of the problem. He saw that the filter/vent cover on the furnace was not closing tightly and drawing air in from the basement. He unscrewed, checked, and replaced all the hinges until he was able to make it close properly. And because the crew who did a routine maintenance service in June may not have seen the issue, he put it under warranty service and did not charge anything. A good and smart business practice.

From the initial home visit to the completion of the install we felt that we were in great hands and being taken care of. Punctuality and professionalism started with Tony's in home visit, Kaja's constant contact with scheduling, billing and paperwork and with Wayne and AJ coming to do the two-day install, the team was utterly fantastic. The install was as painless for me as I could have imagined. Shoe covers were worn, timelines were given, possible issues addressed and resolved and upon completion, there was no mess. Absolutely wonderful work!!!

That?s when we activated the Angie?s List account and tried to contact local A/C specialists. If I?m not mistaking with using Angie?s List services we called Nicholson?s Company and they were able to schedule an appointment for issue. Our issue has been resolved. The technician came on time. We had to wait a little bit, but I was understanding it was a hot season and they have lots of clients calling with different problems. We booked an appointment and a month later the technician came. My husband actually was at home, so he was able to answer the door and he was at home while they were doing the service. It was a very pleasant experience, they were able to fix it right on the spot. As we were promised, we were offered different options of how to fix it. The technician was a very pleasant temperament, he came with another technician who was a student. A couple hours later they were both set and the A/C?s been working fine since then. We were very pleased with their service.
