Highly recommend. Harry was very professional over the phone. I had never had my septic system pumped, so he even offered to get the plans from the town so he could determine where the tank was located on my property. Within a few days, the tanker showed up, the service guy went right to where the access point was buried in my front flower bed (I had NO idea where it was), dug it up and proceeded to pump out my system. Once complete he buried it back. I am very pleased with this company and will certainly be using them as my septic system company in the future. Thanks Holliston Sewer!

I spoke with Harry concerning a septic tank repair I was told I needed from another septic service company. I had asked him for a 2nd opinion and competing price. After talking about the situation, we determined no repair was needed at all! Very honest, straight shooter. I'll be sending all my future business and appreciate dealing with a fair and honest pro.

Harry is very knowledgeable and professional. Since I had not drained the septic tank in the past and did not know the location of the septic tank sewer caps, he instructed me to obtain the title 5 plan from the town. He also volunteered to review my title 5 plan to help me pin point the location of the sewer caps to minimize damage to my lawn. Once he reviewed the plan, he told me not to worry about digging up the lawn and had his employee - Matt do that for me at no extra charge. Matt (service technician) was also very professional and courteous and knew exactly where to find the sewer caps. Matt carefully cut up a small section of the lawn (area above the caps) and replanted the grass so you could not see the area was touched with out close inspection. I would highly recommend Holliston Sewer Services.

I gave the service a call and Harry immediately picked up the phone. I told him that we were looking for a new septic system and he began guiding me through the process at a high level. They don't even provide this service (just pumping and Title V) and he was willing to spend the time with me. He provided recommendations for engineering and installation service and coached me on things to look out for. Really appreciated the honesty and willingness to talk with someone who isn't even a customer!

Harry came out in 30 mins of me calling him this morning from Hopkinton. Great guy, took the time to review the title V, went down looked at the sump pump, explained all the details of of how things work etc. Went out to the front yard, showed me the clogged main line which was a little deep. He recommended that the main line be snaked after he tried with the equipment that he had. He now has a annual customer in us for pumping out our system starting next week.

The Holliston Sewer Service came out to pump my 1500 gallon septic tank. They came right on time as scheduled, and all the work was done in about 30 minutes. I usually pump the tank every 18 months, but it looks like previous company that I used did not do very good job removing all the sludge from the bottom. This time all the sludge was removed and the tank was washed clean with the garden hose. To expose the tank door the covering grass was cut out very carefully, and then at the end it was placed back so at the end there is no sign of work done! Excellent job, thanks very much. I will definitely be using Holliston Sewer Service next year again.

They are very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Compared to previous services we have had experiences with, these guys are the best.

We had a good experience with them. Their service, professionalism and clean up were very good. They were quick and very professional. They didn’t leave anything behind and we didn’t even know they were there. We did shop around with regard to price. They came out the next day and so that was nice. They came right at the time when they said they were going to show up.

He showed up right on time, did the job and left the area clean. He did not try to sell us additives or additional services.

The representative returned my call within the day and scheduled the appointment 5 days later at a convenient time for me. The cleaning was very thorough and included hosing the tank as well. I had questions concerning my tank which were answered to my satisfaction. The gentleman was courteous and the job was well done.

Harry sent his number 1 guy, John, to help us with our emergency. Our septic backed up into our basement and we were flooded with grey water and sewage. I called Harry and he had someone to the house within 2 hours. John pumped the tank, snaked the line and found that the pipe was blocked. John was both informative and professional. No up charging and no BS. Honest and friendly...very refreshing these days. I can't recommend Harry and Holliston Septic Service enough. If you want an honest, no BS, septic company, then these guys are it!

Start to finish, dealing with Harry is always pleasant and through, and this time was no exception. He came when he said he would, did the work, and left our yard as he found it. He really went above and beyond this time and moved a full cast iron fire pit & bricks from the septic cover--even though he reminded me to move any obstacles, I forgot!! It can be stressful to deal with people who performs services at your house, but Harry is exceptionally-friendly and trustworthy. You'll be glad you chose Holliston Sewer if you do!

The pump went well. We had forgotten to dig out the tank cover and didn't realize it until they had already started pumping - they dug out the tank cover and didn't even comment on the fact that we forgot. Very nice employees and fast, dependable service.

Holliston Sewer has taken care of our septic system since 1989. They are reliable and fair priced. I trust their knowledge and their advise. Septic systems are pretty much a blind item and they been patient with all my questions. I trust them completely. They were the people I went to first to get a recommendation of how to replace our septic when we needed it done.
