Gregg Lewis Carpentry

Gregg is, by far, the best person we've ever had work on our house.  We value "doing it right" above most other things.  Gregg will never do anything half way.  This doesn't mean that he only does "high end" work.  Gregg does all of his work with care, even if it's something that no one will ever see.  He takes his time to do things right.  If speed is important to you, Gregg might not be your best choice.
We've used Gregg for many jobs, of varying sizes.  In this case, the results were excellent as usual.  We talked over the work, and traded suggestions on the best way to put the shelves in.  He had suggestions, and took my suggestions into account.  The shelves were exactly what we hoped for.
The plaster water damage was fixed even better than we'd hoped.  Previous owners of our house had clearly tried to do something there, too, but it hadn't aged well.  After Gregg addressed it, you'd never know there was ever a problem. 
The step risers were nothing special.  They came out just fine.
As a side benefit, Gregg knows someone who does just about anything you could need.  He'll involve them in his own jobs if needed (and you want it) or he'll just pass along their information for other jobs you may need.
I can't recommend Gregg enough.  And, admittedly, I'm doing this review for his benefit, not mine as this review might make it harder to get his time!
