I bought a jungle gym kit. They were very easy to deal with.

Creative Playthings were great. It was easy. It was the tax-free weekend sale. The equipment was on the expensive side, but it is sturdy.

The staff and facility was really nice. They have good equipment there. There seem to be some communication problems between the office and the warehouse. They were generally speaking and very friendly. The scheduling and co-ordination between the office and warehouse was not perfect.

They delivered everything quickly and installed it fast. It looks great. It was a very positive experience. They were on the expensive side. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

I went to the store and picked out a play set. They came to the house to set it up and did a great job.

They were good, everything turned out fine.

I don't know if these people building it are contracted by them or if they are with Creative Playthings. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They are not pushy. They are available for any questions over the phone. I wanted to buy the more expensive one and didn't know how to do that, so they talked me through it and explained to me what was better. They pretty much convinced me because I needed to be convinced. I think they are way expensive, but it is really a good product. They said they would be here between 8 o' clock and 11 o' clock and they were here at 9 o' clock.

.When I had a problem with a peice of the equipment they came our promptly and fixed it. Their showroom is great with a lot of variety.

Visit to the showroom was great, answered questions but no pressure. Went with whichever one was on sale, scheduled delivery/installation a few weeks out (they only delivered certain days of the week). Installers showed up during the scheduled window and it took about 2 hours, and it came out just like the one in the showroom. Turned the back yard from a patch of grass and weeds to mow into another "room" the kids want to go play in.

Our visits to the Creative Playthings store in Holliston, MA were excellent. Very knowledgeable staff, good service, answered all of our questions, gave us plenty of reading material, and prepared a quote for us. I ordered the swing set and playzone over the phone (based on the quote). And felt as though everything was in good shape. The problems arose when I was trying to schedule the workers to come to my house. There was a lot of phone tag & miscommunication back and forth with the main scheduling office. One time, the scheduler called me the morning of the appointment to tell me that he didn't have the mulch for my playzone! I called him back, explained that I had taken the whole day off from work to be at home for the playzone, and made him get the mulch and the staff to my house that day. The staff and the mulch arrived that afternoon, and the two workers stayed into the evening to do the job, and they did a GREAT job. On a different day, when they installed my swing set, the worker told me that he didn't have the rockwall that I bought (no one at Creative Playthings called me ahead of time to tell me this). He kindly set up the rest of the swing set and said that he would come back another day with the rockwall and would install it, and he did. Bottom line: the stores and the salespeople are great, the schedulers are completely incompetent, and the actual workers that install the equipment are excellent. The actual swing set and playzone are terrific.

They were very polite to me and my kids and they really know what they are doing. They set up the swing set with no problem and they didn t mess anything up. It was fairly cheap to have it delivered and installed. My kids enjoy it all of the time so it was worth it.

The Internet site was very helpful to narrow down what type of set we wanted and which options would work best for us, but we placed our final order via phone. The representative helped us to clarify our choices, and made a few suggestions about options we might want to consider. The delivery date was scheduled for the following week. On delivery day, one person arrived promptly to assemble the swing set. He worked steadily all day, and by afternoon, my children were able to swing on their new swing set!
