Fabrizio arrived on the appointed day and time to do the estimate. When he saw that the current paint on the deck would be difficult--not impossible--to remove, he clearly conveyed his displeasure that the job wasn't easier. Even so, he asked me to send him my email address for the estimate, which I did right away. Ten days later, I have received no estimate or further communication from Fabrizio. Rather than tell me up front that he had no interest in taking the job, he just disappeared. Use this company only if your job requires little work. They are clearly choosy, and would rather mislead the customer than communicate a decision one way or the other.

These guys are fantastic! Reasonably priced, quick responses, and a great job. When we are ready to finish off the bathrooms, we'll definitely be calling them to do the paint.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Fabricio responded very promptly to my request for a quote (the same day!), arranged a time to visit, provided an estimate, and started painting soon thereafter. He and his colleague Jay arrived promptly every morning, were an absolute pleasure to work with, and did an amazing job. I also really appreciated that despite painting the entire unit, at the end of the day, their supplies were contained to a small area of the space. Throughout the process, Fabricio was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions. I would unequivocally recommend them to anyone looking for great painters in the Boston area.

Fabricio and his assistant did a great job and we are very happy with the results. From the initial estimate Fabricio was very responsive by phone, by call or text. The estimate was lower than we expected so we went through with it. Once we decided to work with him, Fabricio told us when he would start and estimated how long it would take, and everything he said he followed up on to a tee. Each day he was on time in the morning and also made sure to try and minimize disruption to the house by focusing on a room or two and cleaning up as much as possible prior to leaving. He did a significant amount of prep work as there were numerous imperfections in many of the rooms. The painting itself is also great - sharp edges and very nice evenly applied paint. I don't have experience with other painters but I can't imagine anyone doing a better more thorough job. I do have experience with other contractors and Fabricio's communication and dependability are the best I have experienced. I would wholeheartedly recommend Boston Painter's.

Fabricio and his team came in, did everything including moving furniture, and left us with a fantastic looking condo. Edges are clean and sharp. His estimate was very reasonable and accurate. We appreciated working with such a professional and high quality company. Will definitely be calling them again for our next project.

After having left a not very nice review in June 2016, we are now leaving an EXCELLENT review! In June we were upset that Fabricio had not called us back, but we were unaware that he had to leave the country for a family issue. After talking to Fabricio by phone and email we set up a time for our bedroom to be painted. I am so glad that I went with my gut feeling to use Boston Painters. Fabricio and his excellent helper arrived on time and started work immediately. Holes and cracks were patched and walls and woodwork were sanded and made smooth. Everything was primed and then painted. When Fabricio was finished it looked like a brand new room! Boston Painters was very careful and completely cleaned everything up so that all I had to do was move the furniture back in. I love my new room and want to thank Fabricio again for doing such a wonderful job. I have more rooms to paint and will absolutely use Boston Painters again! And again, please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding in June.

The guys were prompt and did a wonderful job. Even though there were issues found during the job, they resolved it very nicely. I would highly recommend them for any painting related jobs.

They were extremely prompt,neat and understanding. After the first coat went on in the living room I was not sure I liked it. They gave me plenty of time to look at other colors and helped me in the process of making sure the color was right. They cleaned up completely everyday and were easy to be around. Their work is extremely professional. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

Boston Painters were very professional. The initial estimate was delivered promptly and the pricing was competitive. Due to a scheduling conflict, I needed to postpone work for a month and they were accommodating to my needs. Once we rescheduled, they arrived promptly at 7am. We reviewed the work to be completed and the crew worked diligently throughout the day. They were polite, professional and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them.

Fabricio and his crew were terrific from the start of proposal delivery, answering all questions to the very professional way they approached and completed the work. Extremely careful in moving all furniture, detailed in doing the proper prep work, professional smooth finish and straight cut lines along all ceiling edges and window/door trim. It went very well. We needed them to paint while we were out of town, so I trusted them with our key combo box. They entered the house on time, painted for 2 days, left everything clean and finished on time. I am very happy with our experience and we're hiring them to paint our next home as well. The estimate process and communication with Fabricio via email and text was very easy as well.

We had quite a bit of painting that needed to be done but we wanted to start with a small bedroom. We arranged a time for someone to come by and give us an estimate on having the small bedroom painted. I belive it was Fabricio that came to give us an estimate. We were quite impressed with Fabricio and after giving us the estimate we decided to go ahead with the project. Fabricio said he would give us a call to set up the day and time for the job. After two weeks of not hearing from Boston Painters I called and left a message regarding scheduling the painting job. We never heard back from them. It's too bad since we relied on the reviews from Angie's list to hire a painter. Since we never used painters before we wanted to start with a small room and then go through the rest of the house. Unfortunately, Boston Painters has now lost out on a larger job because the small bedroom wasn't quite a big enough job. The courtesy of calling us back would have been nice.

Fabricio and his team did a wonderful job from start to finish: thoroughness of estimate, paint color suggestion, unbelievably meticulous prep, cleaning up, communication, and every other aspect of the work. My family room ceiling had cracks and water damage - it looks brand new now. Walls and trim are just beautiful. I highly recommend Boston Painters.

Being a new member to this list, I contacted multiple painters in my area to get quotes and time estimates. Fabricio was quick to reply and came out a few days later. Once at our place we quickly went over what we wanted to get done. He didn't 'advise' me to paint unnecessary areas. His quote was received shortly afterwards that had every room cost broken out. I also decided to remove a few rooms from the quote that didn't result in the cost of the remaining rooms to go up. He also reduced the overall paint amount that I didn't realize or have to mention. On the day of the job, he showed up promptly and completed the entire job before expected. He used quality branded paint and did a phenomenal job making our house look like new! He gave me the extra paint for touch ups and we inspected every room when he was done. I wish all my other house work was as stress free! We will definitely use Fabricio for our future painting needs and highly recommend his work.

Right from the beginning we were impressed with Boston Painters. We had quotes from 3 different painters and Boston Painters was the most reasonable coming in well over $1,500 LESS than the most expensive estimate. We were a bit skeptical as to why their cost was so much lower than the other painters but with the good reviews we found on Angie?s list we decided to take a chance with them. Fabricio communicated everything they were doing from start to finish. We had 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, a foyer with a very HIGH ceiling, and full finished basement painted. They said it would take two days and I thought no way can all of that take two days and if it does I am going to inspect it top to bottom. They did it in 2 and a half and it looks absolutely beautiful. I will be using Boston Painters again for future projects and I have already started referring them to everyone I know. I highly recommend them.

Fabricio and his crew of one did an outstanding job. I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for painting one 12X 12 room, and then we added on to have the master bedroom painted. The master bedroom is big, and there are three windows and three doorways (hall, closet, bath.) He painted the room, all the wood trim for the windows and doorways, and patched a hole where an intercom had been. The hole is now completely invisible. You can't see where the patch is AT ALL. The walls are spotless and smooth. The wood trim has two coats of paint and looks great. We asked Fabricio to give us an estimate for the work. He came over in the evening after finishing another job to do the estimate. He then did all the painting in one day, even though it took longer than originally planned. They worked from 7am to 5pm in order to finish up, and charged the same price as the estimate. Fabricio also took the time to advise my husband on how to do the kitchen cabinets that he is re-painting himself, with tips on what products to use and how to do it. It sounded like an episode of This Old House. I would definitely use Boston Painters LLC again. Fabricio is a real expert and takes pride in his work.

Everything went really well. The price was about 20% lower than other quotes. The time estimate ended up being 1 day shorter than the actual required time to complete the job, but there was no additional charge and the crew worked as quickly as possible to complete the job with high quality. The crew was very punctual, showing up early most days so they could get started on time. I work from home a lot, and they were very respectful of my situation and weren't blasting music and being loud. It was a great overall experience. I would definitely hire them again!

The team was on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves after each day. The project ended when they estimated it was and did a fantastic job. Our walls were very poorly plastered and they needed to fix a significant amount of issues but they were able to smooth all the walls out and the house looks fantastic. They take great pride in their work and they should. The quality of their work was spectacular and I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a painter and would call them again if we needed anything additional painted.
