I needed the work done asap. Four days after first contact, he started the work. Two days later it was done. He was professional and friendly. The final result was beautiful. He worked cleanly and quickly.

Good service. The guy actually spent 2 days on site instead of just one. First day he patched all the holes and painted on the second day. Very professional. Highly recommended.

He arrived at the right time and explained what is included and what is not. He did the power wash in a clean manner and explained /showed the other painting related work which is needed for the home and sent the estimate for this work as well. I was, however, was not impressed the quality of his power wash for the path way. Pathway was done at the last. I asked him to put nozzle bit closely to the pathway as it was not getting very clean. He said that if he does that he would stay for very long and cut it short. He seems to be professional and knowledgeable in his work.

They did an amazing job! They were very thorough and precise. They showed up on time, left everything in an orderly fashion, and cleaned up after themselves. Also, they were seemed genuinely nice. They smiled and laughed while they worked eventhough they worked over the weekend. I would absolutely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them.

Fabricio DaSilva came on time and spent 3 hours to power wash the house. He was very patient to explain that some area couldn't be cleaned due to the underlying aluminium got rusted/aged. He made suggestion how to correct the problem which helps. He is friendly and pleasant to work with. Yes, we will use him again in the future.

We had emailed each other. At first there were some communication issues, the emails kept coming back. I told him I would contact him when I knew when he could come. By the time I needed him, his schedule was pretty busy. I needed this done promptly, my house was going on the market this coming weekend. He did try adjust his schedule, but just could not get me in.

I had my garage floor painted with epoxy by Fabricio. He contacted us immediately to schedule service. He arrived early each day, kept the site clean and completed in a timely manner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The job came out beautiful so we hired him to do our deck and some other miscellaneous painting.

Due to some scheduling disconnects (including me being on vacation) there were some initial hurdles in scheduling the service. No more than expected and rational though. I was not home at the time of the service. Unfortunately, what wasn't specified in the offer on Angie's List, or in any of the communication with the vendor, was that washing of the deck was not included. We are likely to engage the company again to perform this service, but it would have been better if this had been mentioned previously so we could have arranged for this service at the same time as the initial work.

Fabricio immediately reached out following our purchase of the deal on Angie's list. Fabricio was up-front and transparent with regard to pricing (our 2-unit condo was 3000 sq ft total) was quick to answer inquiries we had regarding porches and decks and was flexible in scheduling (and re-scheduling after we couldn't make the original appointment) . Fabricio arrived 30 minutes prior to the agreed upon time for setup. He explained his process and approximate duration. The results were astonishing. Fabricio explained to us that there was a lot of mold and dust buildup and the end result was gleaming clean siding. Fabricio made sure to clean-up and also give us a walk around of the finished product. In addition, he pointed out that we had some window trim and decks that were in need of painting in order to properly protect them. Fabricio's friendly personality, professionalism, efficiency and flexibility were well appreciated. Winter takes a harsh toll on the exterior of homes and we would highly recommend Fabricio to bring the vibrancy back to your home's exterior.

Fabricio showed up promptly at 8 AM and I walked him through the project for the day. He setup shop and put down all the drop cloths for the job. He then started patching the walls, which came out very nice. Next he painted the ceiling and downstairs walls. He was very careful and methodical. He did an excellent job at the edges with no paint going where it was not supposed to. He then proceeded to paint the upstairs and that came out excellent as well. I then asked him about some side projects that he could potentially perform at a later date. His pricing was pretty much what i was expecting, so that is generally a good sign. Overall I was extremely pleased with the way the project came out. The painting is complete and looks as good as it ever has.

Fabricio was excellent. He arrived 5 minutes early, was extremely personable and professional, and did an amazing job. As I previously stated, I technically did not hire him to "paint walls for one room." I hired him for the 8 hours. So, while my main goal was to get the room painted, he offered to paint the trim and do the kitchen doorframe, since he would be there and had the time, while waiting for the wall coat to dry. This was done at no additional cost to me. As for the quality of the work, it is outstanding. He worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. The paint jobs look amazing. I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future. This was an excellent experience. Thank you, Fabricio!

I purchased the Big Deal ($199 ) for pressure washing through Angie's List. I read the fine print and figured correctly that based on the square footage of my home that it would actually cost $299. The president of Boston Painters LLC, Fabricio Carvalho, answered my call promptly and we scheduled the cleaning for the following week. He showed up on time and we went over the specifics of the job together. The deal was for cleaning the house (vinyl siding) and did not include steps, decks or other extras. Then Fabricio went to work, stopping periodically to show me his progress. The effect of the cleaning was dramatic, especially on the north-facing facade which had been covered in years of mold and mildew. Everything about the service was excellent - Fabricio is professional and personable. We discussed cleaning the steps and porch and he is sending me a quote - he didn't have time that day. He is also providing a bid to repair and paint the vertical boards on my front steps. I would recommend Boston Painters LLC without reservation and will use their services again when needed.

I used Angie's list as the reference point for 3 quotes on my project. Fabricio (employer/employee) contacted me within 24 hours. He was professional and courteous as I explained the project at hand. We set a date for him to come by and look at the job, he came 15 min earlier and promptly measured the requirements. He thoroughly explained the details of the tasks and provided me a better than reasonable price. We set a date for him to begin. He arrived on the date we agreed upon 15 min early and respectfully asked if he could use a portion of my dining room floor which was adjacent to the living room to meticulously arrange his trade tools and promptly began. He found a few defects that I didn't realize and corrected them, without an extra charge. He was extremely neat, clean, vaccuuming the areas after he lifted his extremely clean tarps. He powered through until the job was complete. He had me inspect the job and was as excited as I was on the finished product. I am very critical, and would highly recommend him. I asked for a few cards, so I could give it out to neighbors and friends, that is a testiment to my satisfaction . It was truly a great experience!

I am extremely happy to write this review for the pressure washing service provided by Mr. Fabricio Carvalho of Boston Painters LLC. Within a day of placing a service request order, Fabricio has showed up at our place, and explained the service in detail, and also explained the fine print. On the same day we have also scheduled the actual work for the Saturday of that week. Come Saturday, Fabricio came one hour before the scheduled time, and has spend approximately five hours on the site to get the work completed. He has completed all the work by himself (a one-man show indeed)! I am glad that I didn't consider doing this myself as a DIYer, as the pressure washing is quite an involved work requires tons of patience, multiple rounds of climbing up and down the ladder to apply bleach, followed by the pressure wash to get ride of the accumulated dirt on the siding. Fabricio has done a great job in this regard, and after 5 hard working hours, the house looks beautiful on the outside. He is very meticulous, excellent in attention to detail, and treated the customer and his property very well. Given the amount of work involved, I truly believe that I got a very good deal. With no reservation, I recommend Boston Painters LLC for anyone considering pressure washing services.

Everything went well. There was a little delay due to bad weather. Fabricio and his time thoroughly power washed the clapboard wood siding of my house and painted the entire house! it looks amazing I'm so glad I have found them!

Initially, I was determined to power wash the exterior of my house, but Fabricio pointed out that parts of the painting were peeling and the pressure washing would make it peel even more. I decided to power wash anyway, and Fabricio's prediction turned out to be true. Bottom line he washed my entire house, repainted the front of my house, and cleaned the gutters too. I highly recommend Boston Painters and will absolutely contact them to finish painting the exterior of my house. I'm extremely satisfied!

Boston Painters did an extremely great job , there are no words to express my appreciation for not only the great job but also for understanding my family needs . Honestly I'm not a easy person to deal with but Fabricio understood what I needed and did it perfectly . We originally we going with another painter. That painter could not commit to a start time, and made it sound as if our house would take a few weeks due to his time. So we checked with more painters. When we met Fabricio from Boston Painters, he was very helpful, he had color charts and he listened to what we wanted and gave a little advice, but was never pushy on us. He gave us a firm start date, and they worked everyday for 4 days and until the job was completed. Our house looks great, they did a great job, we are very happy with the work. Our house looks better than it did new.

My wife and I recently bought a new house and have slowly been renovating room by room. Once we decided we were going to renovate our kitchen by painting our cabinets and walls… we were a little hesitant and nervous with which direction to go. I didn’t have any connections with painters so I decided to just google and research Ashland and luckily I found Boston Painters. After one quick meeting with Fabricio, he understood my vision and they were ready to go. Needless to say, our kitchen absolutely looks amazing!!! and they blew away all our expectations! The Boston Painters recently painted both of my bathrooms which were in pretty poor shape. Fabricio was very knowledgable as to how to correct the problems present in one bathroom as well as correct my own VERY poor painting attempt in the other. Friendly, timely, professional and very helpful. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be using them if any future projects should arise!
