They kept us current with overall budget and schedule and the polite and courteous staff and sub contractors from demo to frame to finish to respecting neighbors and adjacent property during the process was refreshing to see and hear about.
Description of Work: Transformed a 1040 sq. ft . fishermans cottage in Nantucket, originaly built 100 plus years ago and at risk due to beach and adjacent property erosion, into Nantucket's first National Green Building Standard gold certified home! Small, Superb and Sustainable. This home is everything that we could have ever wanted, custom built with beautiful finishes and fixtures to suit our taste and our lifestyle. Utilization of space and focus on versatility to accomodate our family of 3, everything has a place and there are efficiencies built in that you might only find in a beautiful yacht interior! When we arrive we never want to leave. Woodmeister's project managers creativity, capability and attention to detail, tuned in to our needs and wants and executed our plan beautifully! This company continues to maintain this second home for us with their property managment services division and anticipates our needs at times before we know what we need.
