Description of Work: I can’t over emphasize how incredible a job Perrone Landscaping did on my backyard project in Westboro. Once an eye sore of weeds and dead trees, they transformed it into an awesome space that well exceeded my expectations. Brett and Olivia were a pleasure to work. They were courteous, prompt, professional and I now have them on speed dial. I recommend them highly - you won’t be disappointed. A++++

+ -1 moreLast year was great. This year we had them coming every week and then switched to the ever other week which they agreed to. Same as last year. They haven't shown up since 6/22. I have been calling them for 2 weeks now with just one of phone calls actually being answered. That was on 7/9. They apologized and said some one would be out the next day. No on came. I called a couple more times and no one answered. Only to have them leave us a message saying they no longer do ever other week. That is the most unprofessional way of handling things. Ignoring calls, not returning them and then after 4 WEEKS leaving a message saying that they no longer provide a service they had ageed to do but never performed.

Description of Work: Spring clean up was requested. Sloppy job was performed leaving behind large weeds that were impossible for me to pull out by myself. When I called a week later because we had been away they said it was too long and they had no way of knowing if the weeds had grown in during the time we were away. Will not use this company again.
