We were a brand new customer and called for service because previous company switched to "bio-fuel" and clogged up the system. The technician was prompt, efficient and pleasant. He actually acted like he enjoyed his job, quite a difference from the technicians I saw from our previous oil company! I highly recommend this company based on first impressions!

Description of Work: They did nothing. I've used them in the past. I've bought oil in the past. They cleaned my furnace last year and this year tI had a problem. Called for service and another cleaning. They called back and said they wouldn't provide service since I hadn't bought oil. Gee, my money was good last year. Why would I buy oil from you now that you leave me "out in the cold" with a malfunctioning furnace?

Description of Work: We thought we ran out of oil on one of the coldest nights of the year. They came the next day, and found that our water heater was not working. They stayed and fixed it for free. They always have the cheapest oil, simple to ask for by filling it out online. And you can leave money for them. Amazing.
