Overpriced and Incompetent. He came out to assess why our dishwasher was leaking. He said that it was the gasket. He came back and installed the gasket and only then said O. This other part is bad too. Did not see that. I was able to get that part on Amazon (it snaps in - not a problem) and my dishwasher still leaks. $350 for nothing.

He was very honest. I did not end up fixing my washer but the fact that he gave me an honest opinion and could have ripped me off but instead suggested to buy new. The cost to fix it would have been close to the cost to replace it. He was polite and knowledgeable.

Our refrigerator stopped working on Christmas Eve. I called For a repair the day after Christmas thinking that it might take a week to get an appointment. Dave said that he could come right out that day. While there to fix the refrigerator, we mentioned that the dryer was making a horrible screeching noise. He fixed that too. He did need to order a part for the refrigerator but was able to get it going perfectly until the part came in. Once the part arrived, he returned to do the final repair. It's nice to know who to call when I need an appliance repaired. Dave is very professional and does great work. If you need a repair, I would recommend Drapeau's Appliance Repair.
