I am generally a "Do it yourself" Guy but there are some jobs that require professional help. The pipe coming out from the Well was coroded over time and needed replacing.Baystate Diagnosed the problem correctly replaced only the parts I needed and did not over charge me,which is a refreshing in comparison to a lot of contractors. The service and communication was excellent and the price was fair.What more can you ask for?

Doing business with Bay State truly was an overall 5 star experience. The work, quality and customer service was so good, I have contacted them to replace my submergable pump for my system.

I called AquaTek (sticker on my pump) 5 times. Each time I got transferred to an operator who said all they could do was "page it out". After the 5th call I decided to call Bay State, who immediately answered and said they could be at the house within 1/2 hour (on a Sunday). The technician was there within 20 minutes and after a couple of hours of troubleshooting he said the pump was dead, but could be back first thing the next morning to replace it....which they did. They were extremely professional to both me and my wife and completed the job in a better than expected timeline and quality. AquaTek has yet to return my call.

Scott did a very good job, he came over on time and did a wonderful job to fix our problems and get out water back. They were very polite and did a very quality job. I am very satisfied.

The company that actually put in the well & pump finally called back 18 hr after first leaving a voicemail and two hours after Bay State had finished! I'm calling Bay State from now on.
