+ -1 moreDid a great job. He took a while to respond to our email inquiry (he apologized that he doesn't always check his email; no problem, we probably should have called). He scheduled us for the next week, and was nice about it when we had to reschedule on short notice. On the day, the crew arrived right on time, swept through the house in a great flurry of activity, and left our windows looking beautiful. It actually took them less than the 2 hours estimated.
Description of Work: Cleaned all of the windows in my 4 bedroom colonial house.

Description of Work: I found LA Window Cleaning through Angie's List. We hired this company o clean all the windows in our house and were very pleased with the work done. The project was not an easy one -- there were MANY windows in the house and they are 12-over-12, double-hung wood windows with real mullions. A crew of two men, the business owner Bob Lang and one of his employees (a part-time fireman), arrived on time and set right to work. They worked systematically together on each window (with one person inside and the other outside), doing all the windows on the second floor and then the first.
