I hired US ProPaint and Renovation to repair my garage door track and adjacent drywall. They came in with the lowest bid, on a fixed price, and given their other excellent reviews I decided to go with them. They had it finished in 1 day, and also replaced trim around both garage doors to have them both look the same, as the previous trim is no longer made.

Jr and US ProPaint did an excellent job on my antique house. They repaired several items including dry rot, downspouts, broken windows, a deteriorating side on an outbuilding, and painted several areas including the front of my barn. They did great work and were responsive to any concerns I had. I would definitely have them come again.

Great overall experience with JR and team and could not be happier with the quality of their work. Once they started the job their team worked everyday from 8:30am - 7:00pm until the job was complete (during the hottest week of the summer I might add).. Very professional and courteous crew that cleaned up every day. Also had some rotted clapboards replaced and JR was the only contractor/painter to point this out to me during the preliminary walkthrough while I was considering various bids. The day after they finished the job JR sent his crew back to tidy up a few areas we pointed out during our final walkthrough - in my opinion it says a lot about the type of company JR runs given he would do that so quickly after he had our money. Highly recommend and would use again.

Other builders came in with estimates that cost less than US ProPaint and Renovation. In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects.

All work was completed as scheduled and performed professionally. The Technicians continually checked in with me to ensure I was satisfied with the progress and quality of work being performed. The USProPaint team provided an excellent overall experience from beginning to end. They were responsive and efficient in the quoting and scheduling process. The crews arrived on the scheduled date to paint the exterior of a residential home, replace the flooring on a raised deck, and make improvements to the gutter system. All the work was done in a week and the final product was impressive. The team was easy to deal with and made several adjustments along the way with no issue. Very happy with the job.
