+ -1 moreIt went perfectly. Pete was finished with his clients for the day, but stopped by on his way home, fitting me in a day early. Great guy. He and his son work together; this is a family owned and run business, and even through Pete is a Master Plumber using the latest techniques, when you contact his office and his wife answers, and because of the warmth, understanding, and caring, one feels as one has walked into the TV set of Ozzie & Harriet. And they clean everything up before they leave! The previous job they did for me was to install 3 new toilets plus a new dish washer. They took everything away and you would never know they were here. I think my job made Pete late for a family party. Great value for the money.
Description of Work: Cold/hot water on a shower was reversed on new home I purchased. Pete had to go into the plumbing from the back wall and re-plumb the hot and cold water pipes, and also set an anti-scalding feature to protect bather. He made sure to cut the dry wall in such a way that he could use dry wall screws to reattach the dry wall piece that he cut out, so I would only have to spakle the seam and re-paint a small wall area.

Description of Work: Examined the area where the leak under my kitchen sink occurred. Advised me the problem was due to an incompletely opened valve which he then opened. The maneuver stopped the leak. Due to the brevity of the time of his labor the plumber did not charge me.

+ -1 moreAll work was done expeditiously. We were especially grateful for his flexibility around our time limitations, especially when restoring our kitchen plumbing between the counter installation and a holiday weekend.
Description of Work: He's done a couple of jobs for us, including outdoor faucet replacement and re-installing kitchen plumbing after a counter top replacement.

+ -1 moreMy phone call was returned quickly. The job went well, he explained what he was doing clearly, and we would have him back in the future...in fact tomorrow to fix some outdoor faucets!
Description of Work: Wayne responded quickly to our plumbing emergency, which was a badly leaking tub faucet. He is doing some non emergency work for us as well.

+ 0 moreHe did a very good job overall. He's very contentiousness and honest. You can trust him completely. He worked hard and cleaned up everything very nicely. I would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: He fixed two toilets. They were both leaking and one was very loose. The job was very difficult because it required cement cutting to fix the pipe in the floor. Everything was fixed completely.
