They came to my house and they eliminated a nest of bees or hornets. They have a program where they come back and check for any further infestation within 12 months. The relationship with the owner was always very cordial and they do a good job. They are philanthropic and do a lot for the community. They are well thought of here.

I have been using their services for the last 5 to 6 years and they spray twice a year. They are punctual and reasonably priced. I have an annual contract with them, which costs me $300 per year. I like their services and will use the same in future.

Bill could not have been more helpful, kind and honest. He gave us the estimate and when we decided on him (after canceling our account with Terminex) we chose him.

They are excellent, it was very good. They were very quick to respond when we called. They were professional. I had a problem and they were very quick. They came right out and looked at it and gave us a very competitive price. They were very good. It turned out very good. The gentleman who came out was very professional.

Jonathon was prompt and curteous. He inspected the basement and the perimeter. He explained what system he uses and left an estimate. His estimate was in line with the estimate of another company that we were considering. The decision between this company and another company was difficult. We had some follow-up questions and Jonathan was thorough in his response. The other company and this company were very similar in knowledge, professionalism and price and they used the same system. We ultimately decided on the other company, because they had some additonal services we were considering.

We moved into a new house with some pest issues. They were very responsive to our call re: a wasp nest in a vent on the deck.The technician even plugged a chipmunk hole for us at no cost. We then had to call re:carpenter ants and mice. A different tech came back and went through the entire house. He told us what he thought and what the plan of attack would be. Both technicians were extremely professional courteous clean and explained everything. We had to call them back and again they are very responsive and professional in the office and the field. The office helped us work it out so we could roll the first call into the yearly service plan which I thought was very generous.

They found a few termites in the ground and so they put tubes in the ground so that they could observe the termites periodically. They have found no more evidence of termites so I am pleased with their services.

Watch All arrived the next day after making the call. Inspection was made and traps put out that day. Very knowledgeable and professional. They came back each day to check the traps (minus weekends when the traps were closed), removed animals and reset traps. After a week or so of checking the traps, the entry ways were closed up. Invoices left daily on work that was completed and next steps. Pricing was less than expected and work was above expectations. Highly recommended.

Ralph came before schedule and was complete in placing traps and spraying the property. At my request, he did not spray inside the basement because of my concern about toxic chemicals within the house.

Company was totally responsive and worked with us on scheduling for repeat visit over several days. The squirrel (and some mice) was captured and removed with all potential entry ways shut closed. I was pleased with the service received. The price is reasonable given the multiple repeat visits over several days.

I like my pest control company. They do a good job for me. My ant problem is solved because I use them, so I am what you would call content. They send out good people and I think I pay a fair price for the amount of work they do for me. Plus, they can kind of do it all when it comes to getting rid of stuff you do not want in or around your house, which is nice.

Technician, Jeff Kilian, was professional and thorough. When called, Watch All, had a human being answering the phone which is so much nicer than the usual voice mail tree or answering machine. Provided next day service and addressed the extermination safely and efficiently. It was a pleasant surprise to find such good customer service.
