Greg was knowledgeable and skilled at diagnosing the problem of the burners. Shortly after, the electronic control for the oven failed. He returned and again spent time pinpointing the problem. He had to order a replacement part and install it. That part did not work - this is a common problem with this particular style range. He returned again - no cost - to take out the part and reorder again. He was highly professional and fair. Took time to explain and show us the problem. He was careful about protecting the floors when he had to move the range to get at the back.

Repair was uneventful. Tech visited twice. Once to diagnose, and a secon visit a week later to install new module.

I called this company based on reading another members experience. Telephone receptionist was very courteous and helpful in setting up a servcice appointment that was convenient for me. The phone representative was also very up front with the initial cost for the service call. When the technician arrived punctually at the specified time, he diagnosed the problem, and replaced a malfunctioning gas coil in less than 45 minutes, total. Technician was also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would call on this company again in the future without hesitation. Top notch service and reasonable prices.

It went really well. He is very good and a hard worker. He arrived at 9 o'clock at night to fix my dryer.
