Description of Work: We had a refrigerator that constantly leaked water onto the glass shelves and into the vegetable bins. Repeated efforts by others to correct the problem were in vain. Donald Dextraze from Chuck's Radio knew exactly what needed to be done. He dislodged an ice blockage in the tube from the freezer to the drip tray at the bottom of the refrigerator and then inserted a copper wire to prevent future freezing of water in the line. Since this was done a month ago, there have been no problems. It's like having a brand new refrigerator. We are so grateful because it used to be a daily job to mop up the water.
