Victor Painting

www.victorpainting.com claims it is BBB accredited. I found out it?s not true after I paid him in full $1600. See bbb.org/boston. Victor was hired to do 2 day painting starting 9/9/15. I inspected the job when Victor completed on 9/10. In the ceiling some areas were missing popcorn and the water stain was not covered. On the walls some stains are still visible. It looked like it only had 1 coat of paint instead of 2 as contracted. By then 1 of his employees already left with the ladder and popcorn material so Victor could not finish the job. He promised to come back the next day at 2pm to finish. I paid him in full on 9/10/15 believing he would come back to finish the job. Victor promised 3 times to come back: 9/11 2pm, 9/19 5pm, & 9/28 11am, but he never called or showed up. The last time I spoke to him he said he forgot. He asked me to call him at 10:30am for 11am appointment on 9/28. I called Victor?s cell phone 978-228-9605 at 10:30. He did not answer so I left a message for him to call me back. I also left a message at his business # 978-521-0006. I called his cell phone again at 11am. He did not answer the phone and I left another message for him to call me back. Victor never called back.The 3 yr warranty on victorpainting.com is a lie.

Great guys. They were fast with a quote and easy to work with. They were a little hard to track down after I wanted to follow up and schedule the work. I emailed once w/o a response and it took a week for a return of my phone message. When we did connect, they were very easy to schedule. They actually had a break in their schedule and were able to start early. The work was great and the crew was very professional and friendly.

Pricing was very competitive (4 quotes), started and finished on agreed times, cleaned up and restored rooms to original configuration very quickly. Neat and professional job. Staff was courteous and professional. Finished project was excellent. 3rd time I have used this service and remain very satisfied with both their interior and exterior work.

The service is great. They were early for the appointment, friendly and professional. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

This guys are best they would go the extra mile to made sure I was happy with their work.
