Have an older Bose system that cost $5k new that suddenly stopped working. Bose provides no support solutions/recommendations. As a result I contacted Eric (TECHARI) who scheduled an appointment…diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable repair solution. Very satisfied with Eric’s work and pricing. That being said, his skill set extends well beyond audio tech including tech relating to home security….networking….IT etc. I would/will definitely use TECHARI again and highly recommend

Eric was outstanding as a professional. From my first phone call to my last interaction, Eric was thoughtful, informative and experienced in a way that one does not see very often. The problem that we were dealing with got more and more complicated and frustrating but he remained calm and focused and saw it through to a successful outcome. The problem required a disciplined approach and Eric was steadfast. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience. From the start , he he listened to everything we were concerned with because we are a 24/7 business internet driven and had a big problem right from the start my wife! He explained everything so she was put at ease. every promise was kept. found area’s that needed to be secured and made it happen, my system is faster safer and now totally reliable for first time. After struggling for months with computer issues, it was time to get outside help. I did an internet search and contacted Eric Egnet of Techari. Eric was wonderful - I have horse hair insulation in my walls and therefore all my internet never worked properly. He was amazing - he hard wired a few hot spots and got me enterprise ready. its quite a big deal for me as I work from home and just needed my network to reliably work. It finally does.
