+ -1 moreResponsiveness and price were great. But when we tried to contact Dennis a couple of days later to report the regulator was leaking, he inexplicably disappeared. After leaving a couple of phone messages, we got a "voicemail box full" message. And Dennis didn't reply to our email either. This seemed vert out of character for Dennis, and we hope he's okay, but we can't recommend using his services.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking residential sprinkler head on emergency basis, which was much appreciated. He also noticed our incoming wster supply had too much pressure and installed a pressure regulator.

+ -1 moreOwner Dennis Suslavich responded immediately to our call and came by the same day to spec the job and give us a quote. We scheduled the job for the same week. The workman he sent replaced 16 sprinkler heads and tested the system over the course of 7 hours. He was able to replace the heads without removing any of the surrounding paint on walls and ceilings; we are very satisfied withe the work.
Description of Work: Replaced residential fire sprinkler heads, tested system and replaced anti-freeze.
