Superior Epoxy Flooring

My basement flooring project went awry when a subcontractor from Lowe's came to give an estimate on vinyl plank flooring, but did not account for the 2" height difference in the corner. This would have required the basement floor to be leveled, which I was informed would cost nearly double the amount that was paid for the floor parts and installation. After receiving multiple quotes from different contractors, I chose to work with Billy as he provided a solution to our problem. We decided to go with the Polycrete flooring he suggested, and are very happy with the results. Extremely durable, resistant to chemical stains, efflorescence and moisture - couldn't have asked for a better solution. I had an excellent experience working with him and his team. I had to break the job into two time frames and he was more than accommodating. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and professional. Given the two-part process, the job was completed in a very reasonable time frame and was fairly priced, based on other quotes I received. I've learned more about my basement than I ever thought I would in these past few months. I did plenty of research (both online and with contractors) and the results finally paid off.

Billy was great to work with. He came out to the house shortly after we were introduced through Angi. He made the entire process easy. The team of installers were friendly, very knowledgeable about the product and respectful of our home. Could not ask for a better experience.

Bill and his staff were amazing. We had the unfortunate experience with another contractor who took our deposit and did a horrible job. I contacted Bill to come in and fix it. He proposed a two phase option due to the furniture inside where they did one part of the condo first then the other part after. At the last minute we had our hot water tank go and needed to be replaced. This created a schedule conflict with the floors. Bill was quick to offer a solution and work with me. He was not only able to accommodate us but most have had a customer move their appointment around to keep our project within a two week window. He came with samples and didn’t require a deposit until I was satisfied. Never have a heard of that and the amount of work and workers he has a lot to lose. He was fantastic with communication, respectful of the building and all the rules and worked diligently and on time. Project was completed within the time they told me it would be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPERIOR EPOXY FLOORING. Bill and crew created a beautiful floor and helped me get out of the nightmare we were in with the past contractor.

Great company! I couldn’t decide which color to pick so Billy drove to my place in Maine on a Sunday with color samples. He went out of his way to help. Very impressed with the flake and epoxy work on my garage floor using ‘marble flakes’. Looks beautiful! Professional staff, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Price very reasonable compared to other quote.

Billy is a great guy, extremely professional and responsive. After we agreed on a date for the job, he reminded me of it a few days in advance. He updated me the night before of a slight delayed start, I really appreciated the updates and his professionalism throughout the job. The job itself was well done, the initial floor prep with the grinding, followed by the epoxy coating and the flakes on the first day, and the seal coat the following day. The garage floor looks great! His price and guarantee on his job was very competitive and overall a good deal.
