I had an emergency - another company was replacing the pipe between my foundation and my system and discovered the tank was full. They couldn't complete the job until the tank got pumped. They suggested I call Stewart's. It's worth noting I had never used them before. Their dance card was full for the day, but hearing my situation they juggled things around and got me pumped out. Shout out to Rory (dispatcher) and Mason (pumper). Both were very polite, professional and helpful. I will be using Stewart's from now on.

Failed to clean filter of septic tank during septic pump which was causing major problems with flooding. After calling back about the problem they refused to come back to finish job unless there was payment to complete another pumping. Initial quote on the phone was different than what was charged (more) when they performed service. Customer service on the phone was not polite or helpful during. Very disappointed for my first septic pump.

It didn't. Stewart's septic service. Poor does not even come close to how disappointed we are with this company. The spilled septic in our yard and stairs to our deck. They were scheduled to be here today by 4 PM. Someone waited all afternoon and they arrived at 5 PM. The first words out of their mouth were can we come back another day!!! This appt was scheduled a week ago. They brought a pump without wiring and came to the door shortly after arriving stating they need to go get a truck and the correct pump. They never came back and never had any intention of coming back. No emergency numbers were answered or messages returned. Calling the manager Mike proved to be a joke. When I told him about their terrible reviews he asked me why I hired them. I thought they were a company I used a few years ago. A great company called Lundberg. I was wrong wrong wrong!! F F F

Stewart's Septic Services do good service. They've pumped my tank for 12 years now. They are professional and punctual. They make sure everything is running properly for the system. They have educated me for what I have to do to keep it running well. I use them on both my properties.
