Excellent quality and service. They did the home energy audit, improved my home insulation and installed a heat pump. Technicians did a fantastic job, explained everything and cleaned up before they left.

It went extremely well. I had had a series of energy audits in the past and Revise Energy was the most comprehensive and professional. Although the job was originally scheduled for late December, when a time opened up they called me and I was happy to get it done within days of signing the contract. They were very knowledgeable about the quirks of an older house. They installed a water saver faucet aerator and shower head and many LED light bulbs throughout the house. They checked the efficiency of the furnace. I had had some problems with attic insulation work done in the past so I told them about what had disappointed me before. They were extremely respectful of my questions and gained my trust. I was worried about the extremely old vinyl siding being too brittle for the process but they handled it well. Only a few trim pieces cracked and they patched them. The whole job went extremely efficiently. The team of 3 (and sometimes 4) worked 12 hour days even in the dark and bitter cold. They cleaned up well. They were even careful not to let the cats out. I was most impressed with the way they used an infrared camera to repeatedly evaluate the walls as they went along. Thus, there were able to identify and fill any gaps. Excellent quality control. They took time to explain what they were doing and what the infrared camera was showing. When it was raining on the second day, I was concerned that some materials for the attic got wet. They stopped the job and rescheduled. I would highly recommend this team. It was especially satisfying because I benefitted from the MassSave incentives. The whole job ended up costing me less than $1600.00.
