very well except that I had to wait for a long time to speak with a representative and then she was back and forth between another client and me.

Because we were moving into a new construction townhouse, we didn't have an option of who to go with for our vendors. Marcos of Natural Stone+ had to be our granite fabricator and he was the only vendor that I went back for future work. First day we met he said his aim was to make the customer happy and he didn't disappoint. He was committed and very pleasant to deal with. He did my bathroom vanities and kitchen countertops with a granite backsplash in my new home. His workmanship is a piece of art as he made sure the seams looked good and there was perfect continuation of the complex granite pattern (we chose Fusion). I hired him again to do a granite vanity for my parents that came out great. I would highly recommend him.

We moved into a new, but pre-owned home. The previous owners were only here for 3 weeks, but we did not move in until 3 months later. When we moved in, I noticed that the granite counter tops were not sealed. Since we were not under the builder's warranty, as a second owner, I called the company direct. They never called back. Finally, I got the builder rep to call them, and they did come promptly. They did come back and reseal the granite. However, the granite was still not sealed. We tried to reseal it 2 more times, ourselves, with a product they recommended, to no avail. I called the owner of the company, but received no response. I now have a very stained countertop, that is going to cost $1000 to repair (quoted by someone else). Don't know what is wrong with this granite, but it should be replaced...

Absolute quality workmanship and product. This countertop fits precisely to the walls. He took extra care to have the pattern "flow" across all the counters. It looks amazing! Bob was terrific with sales and purchase order. He took time to call the stone yard to suggest some styles that would match my wishes .Marco was great, polite and worked hard to make it work in a tight schedule. From the time that I met Bob O Neill in the Plaistow show room, to picking out the actual slab with Marcos Aguilar at the yard in Tewksbury, the experience was fun. It is great to be working with them again.

I absolutely love my kitchen and bathrooms after Marcos and his crew finished installing the counter tops. I was a bit afraid because I had picked a slab of granite that was not long enough to cover the length of my kitchen. I knew there would be a seem and I did not want it to be noticeable. There was no need to worry , I could not have asked for better workmanship. The seem is almost invisible!! I highly recommend Marcos and his crew for counter top kitchen and bathroom work. Marcos spends as much time as you need with you, answering your questions and making sure you will be happy with his work. He is very professional and was able to schedule my work quickly and do it on time. The crew was very conscientious and picked up after themselves. I spent a long time researching and getting estimates from various places (larger outfits) and Marcos was the most reasonably priced. Overall I give Marcos an A+

As above, a great experience overall. Silestone isn't cheap, but Natural Stone Plus performed this installation within a budget and did a great job.

He was fantastic. One couldn’t deal with a nicer man like him. He is just perfect. I love looking at my bathroom. I would use him again when I do my kitchen. He was just wonderful and his work was wonderful. My husband was an art teacher. He matched all the veins going up the back-splash that was there on the granite. It looks gorgeous and just beautiful. I usually keep complaining about how rotten things are but I can't say enough about him. It is exotic granite. At every step of the way he kept asking if we were happy and if it was going to work for us. He was very talented.
