Description of Work: Bob squeezed me in early in the evening, showed up promptly and got my push mower running within a few minutes. Because I had already changed the spark plug and the air filter, Bob did not have to address these and gave me a $20 discount from $85 quoted to $65. The blades however were not sharpened although the mower was only 3 years old with little use and may not have need sharpening. Overall, very satisfied.

Description of Work: I dont know if this is allowed but I never received communication back for a job I wanted done on my mower. So I can not comment on quality of work this is just for communication which was none. I went with someone else.

Description of Work: Excellent service for on-site repair of carburetor and tuneup of Ariens 1028 snowblower. Don't have to pay for a pickup and wait 4 days for the local shop to schedule time to work on my snowblower and return the machine. Answered my call promptly. Scheduled for a next day appointment. Arrived on time during a snow/rain/sleet storm! Explained that the carburetor could be rebuilt on the spot instead of replaced. Completed rebuild for a set price and I saved time and money on an unnecessary carburetor replacement. Rest of the tune up was done promptly. My snowblower works fine. I'm ready for the upcoming snowfall which is due to come to Andover, MA in 48 hours. Bob Adams is professional, prompt, high quality. Description of Work: snowblower tun-up worked on it app. one hour could not get it started had another tune up with someone else and they were able to get the blower started.

Description of Work: I called Bob on Friday. He promptly called me back and made an appointment to come to my house at 12:00 PM Saturday. He showed up on time, worked on the snowblower for one hour, and reviewed his work before leaving. He did a complete one up. The charge was $90.00. A repair shop usually charges $90.00 just to pick-up and return the snowblower. I will call him again when I need a repair, and I recommended him to a friend.

Description of Work: I've left three voicemails and sent one email, asking for someone to return my call, so I could get a quote on service of my pushmower.

Description of Work: Bob came to my home, dropped the deck on my riding mower, changed the cutting blades, 2 new spark plugs, new air and gas filter, and a couple of other things. He was great. Friendly and knows his business. Other shops wanted at least $100. just to pick up and return the mower.
