The entire process was easy and no-pressure. The salesman didn't try to oversell us and made recomendations based on where the carpet was going to be installed as well as what type of quality we wanted. Scheduling the installation was very flexible The installers were sub-contractors that K.C. Carpets routinely uses. The installers were prompt, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

We looked at the big box stores and 2 local carpet companies in Groveland. After getting similar quotes of $1400 for same type of carpet, we ended up at KC Carpets after a friend referred us to them. KC did her entire house a few years ago and she was and is still really pleased. Being new home owners, we were on a tight budget so we took a quick visit to KC. In the end we are very pleased. We found the same exact brand and style of carpet for much less, labor was much cheaper, and they did a great job on installation for our playroom. If you are looking for tile, skip KC as they were honest and said carpet is their bread and butter. Like an online review said, they don't put $ into their storefront or marketing, but the savings is past on to you. It's a little "hole in the wall" but good low to mid range selection.
