John B was my very first call for an appliance repair that I felt good about, He explained everything in detail. He had the job done in less then an hour. I spoke with him on a Friday night and he was able to come the next morning he ask me about the problem I told him and he had and idea what the problem was and came with the part to fix my oven. he was professional and friendly.

John arrived on time, was courteous, clean, and professional. John went right to work diagnosing the issue with my washing machine. John methodically went over a multitude of different components, trouble shooting the various mechanical operations of the machine. John quickly identified the problem and went over all the different options to my dilemma. John was great and helped me get to the most cost effective solution. John was very knowledgeable, and this saved me time and money. I plan on using him again and will be recommending John to everyone.
