John is really experience. He came to my house and knew exactly what was wrong with my oven. Within an hour he was done and my oven is working as new again.

Preparation was key. Kenmore had charged us the same amount to come out & tell us they didnâ t have the part that John came out to install the part. He knew from our description and the model number (not as easy to find as you would think) of the washer what part he would need & saved us the time & expense of a second visit.
