he came and went at his convenience, didnt install all screens, had to call several times and the connections still leaked as before. he was very angry and verbally abusive because of the bad review.

Harrimans stripped the original roof, repaired several damaged board, installed water shield and reshingled my garage roof. The garage is a two story sturcture with a dormer and steeply pitched. Harrimans planned the project well. Materials were delivered several days in advance as well as a dumpster. They arrived early in the day and a crew of 4 rapidly worked on the project, completing it mid afternoon. They were extremely good about capturing stripped material and moving all of it to the dumpster. When they left, the surrounding area was totally clear and well swept. I would highly recommend them.

the job was to seal all leaking areas, install gutter guards (showed me a sample, but didn't use that, used cheap snap in screens instead) gutters are still leaking in all places, screens (some) fell out. every time I complained, he climbed up the ladder and did nothing. This went on until the winter. In all fairness, it was a terrible winter and many people had problems, but the gutters were leaking before the storms. I had ice dams that caused interior damage. There is still areas that didn't get screens installed. The snow on the roof (not 5 ft?) with the ice dams were after the work he "completed" . I signed a contract and paid a lot to have the AGREED upon work done. I disliked having to ask over and over several times to please fix the leaks over the stairs and elsewhere, So I gave up. Supposedly he guarantees his work. If he couldn't repair the gutters, he never should have contracted to do the work. I just wanted what was agreed upon and what I paid for. As far as not being liked by the neighbors, that was a strange thing to say. I have some of the nicest neighbors ever. I know he is angry that I left a bad review, but if you fail at what you agreed to do, you should pay the consequences. I still have leaks all around, right back where I started, but out $952.00. This review is honest and simple. I do not apologize for telling my experience.
