Andy was great as well as his staff. They came when they said they would, finished when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They were always courteous well groomed and professionals. -if I had it to do all over again,c I'd could've have found a better company.

They were very professional, came on time, and did what they were supposed to do.

Lennox heat pump/airconditioner was installed in early September and has run well since installation. Subsequently requested that the thermostat controlling the heat pump be moved from a bedroom into a hallway for better regulation of house temperature. Apparently, due to New England storms, natural gas line to my home was not installed until the week before Thanksgiving. Climate Zone also had to order my Alpine Boiler through gas distribution utility for me to take advantage of rebates. This ended up being a disaster as boiler and water heater were installed two days before Christmas. My worst nightmare ensued when system failed on Christmas eve. Therfore, no heat or hot water on Christmas day. Climate Zone crews were off for the holiday, and the emergency technician could not fix the problem. Not a great way to spend Christmas. Subsequently, we needed at least two service visits to identify and replace a faulty part in the boiler and adjust the natural gas pressure so that the system ran correctly. Finally, the installer neglected to include a flo-check valve in one of four zones so that I have overheated my masterbedroom due to backflow of hot water through the zone. This was finally fixed today, five months after initial installation, after I correctly identified the problem and notified Climate Zone.

A representative came as scheduled to prepare an estimate for replacement of two oil fired steam furnaces with gas fired replacement boilers. The rep. explained the benefits of converting to gas and installation process. Provided a verbal quote at the time of the site visit with a promise to follow up with a detailed written quote. Over a month later and I have not received the written quote. Several other heating contractors from Angie's List made site visits and provided detailed bid proposals within 5 working days after visit.

They did a good job. I found a cheaper bid but there was no free servicing for a year with it

The company had serviced my old system, so I thought they would be a good choice to install the new one. Initially, things went well. The salesman explained the work to be done and told me that I qualified for a credit on my new system. After the initial installation things got worse. On the day the installation was complete, I wrote a list of 8 items that were not complete. This included things like the workmen did not clean up after themselves and leaving pieces of the old furnace behind. The new heater was leaking water. No one explained how to change the air filter on the unit (which entailed unscrewing a lower panel and moving an electrical wire to get the filter out). The workmen visited several times to fix errors and complete tasks but each time they tried to fix the water leak, it got worse. In addition, the salesman wanted me to sign a "work completed" form so that he could get the billing going. In the process of arguing that the work was not completed, I found out that I did not qualify for a credit on my new system but the salesman offered to honor part of the credit anyway. After several weeks, they just put an epoxy seal around the pipe that was leaking, I cleaned up after the work men and I hired another company to finish the job. The whole ordeal lasted about 7 weeks.
