Rich has done multiple projects for my in my own home and for our clients. He is a true professional, clean, attentive to detail, and always has time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who needs electrical services.

I had Rich Chase help me out with a service upgrade I needed done. He was professional, polite, and pleasant to deal with. His work is neat and done with excellence. Where other contactors cut corners Rich goes above and beyond to make his work look clean and professional. Honest contractors are hard to find and Rich is one of the rare guys still treating people with honesty and integrity.

I have not heard from them by phone, even though I’ve asked them to call me. I’m not sure what work they have completed, but it was not for me.

Chase helped out installing an electrical hot water tank. Rich is a true professional. He's honest and reliable. He helped not only install the proper electrical to support the hot water tank but connected us with a plumber as well. We are also working with him on installing a generator. He takes the time to explain options as well as discuss the pros and cons of each option. Highly recommend!

I have used Chase Electric multiple times, starting with looking over my newly purchased condo to ensure it was safe. He labeled my electric box correctly, which makes life so much easier! Next Rich replaced outdated light fixtures and switch/outlet plates. When we renovated the kitchen, Chase Electric helped safely disconnect and reconnect the appliances. Chase Electic is accommodating and always goes the extra mile!

Being a little bit on the anal retentive side I could appreciate Richard‘s work I hated to covered up with sheet rock because it was the Mona Lisa of wiring. Plain and simple, done right, on time at the promised price

Rich was great. He is extremely professional, listening to our needs and priorities and then addressing each task quickly and thoroughly. I was surprised by how quickly he was able to work through the list and complete each item exactly as planned. We plan to hire him again soon to install a backup generator system.

Great work! Richard Chase was always punctural and responsible. I have been very satisfied with the fans which are quiet and very efficient. One will not go wrong hiring Chase Electric. The larger bath fan included a heater and needed extra wires run to source. Smaller bath was not as involved.

this went very well , a last minute call due to a new stove being installed and us having the incorrect outlet. Work took about 90 minutes and he explained the whole list of work he was going to do. Knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate to call him again.
