Travis was great. He arrived right on time, clearly explained everything he did, and charged a very fair price for the work he did. I was particularly impressed by his honesty. He could probably have found â problemsâ and charged me to fix them. He did not - but, rather, did only what was necessary. He also shared some maintenance guidance that was appreciated. And, last but not least, he left the job in immaculate condition. Not a speck of soot in the house!

This job was a Chimney Cap reinstall, it blew off and took some bricks with it. Travis was on the inquiry within 2 minutes. His friend with the bucket truck also took all measures to protect the driveway. This was a 2-family top and bottom unit. The job was booked about 1 month out after sending him more pics, but later with the rains I started hearing dripping sounds in the attic. I texted Travis and he came the next day. He responds quickly to texts, questions or calls. He sealed the flashing, added anchor bolts, replaced the bricks then added cement to the framing of the cap. He also took this pic to show me the job. I'm confident with the job and his customer service is great. You will be happy with Travis if you need Chimney work done.

Caliber staff was responsive and direct on repairs needed. Gave a breakdown of the work with value of why its needed. Basically the stack was not fireproof and was not to code. He followed up on all questions, and checked back in to make sure his repair remediated the the drain leak in chimney, which was the original reason for the call. Kept the worksight clean and was able to accomodate our schedules.
