WARNING: FRAUDULENT CONTRACTOR. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON OR COMPANY This contractor was supposed to build a banister, but never completed the job. I have tried desperately to contact him. But he has disconnected his phone and email, so there is no way to reach him any longer. I am still trying to figure out on how to get §1,440 back. I am not sure what this contractor is doing on Angie's List. I thought contractors are vetted here.
