I was very pleased w Brenden's expertise on roofing as when he came for the estimated he immediately told us that there were 3 layers of existing shingles and they would have to strip down to bare wood (one roofer who gave me an estimate was going to put a fourth layer on the existing shingles). I gave Brenden the job and the supplies and dumpster arrived on Mon AM. He & crew began on Tuesday (laying out tarps) around base of whole house. Cleaned up after each day. All very courteous, especially to my aunt. Did all work that was on the contract. Finished on Friday PM, and crew left. Brenden came by to inspect around house & my aunt told him that a few nails had been left behind. He did not like the way the crew had left area where dumpster had been located. He came back on Saturday PM with two of the crew & they spent 2-3 hours cleaning up. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, was honest as to what had to be done, and his follow-up was exemplary. Would hire him again.

As a new home owner all the horror stories I've heard put me on guard. I had many estimates. Most I met did nothing to allay my fears. By the time I met Brenden of BC Construction, it was too cold to have the roofing done. He came by the house again in the spring to say hello. Later, we had a more formal conversation. He could tell I was worried so he was careful to answer my questions in detail. If I thought of more later, he returned my call promptly to go over my new concerns. I signed the contract. Brenden was ever present for every aspect of the job. He demands a professionalism not just from himself but from all his workers-punctuality and careful planning are core values for Brenden. He found an excellent mason to do the chimney work. I tried to find one. I had no luck finding one who wanted to show me a license. All the work is done. Roof in one day - chimney 2 days. It's all beautiful. As one other reviewer said: "Get a few estimates and then call Brenden to do your roof."

We hired a roofer for my mother's house. Her roof was leaking around the chimney and then started on the bathroom and kitchen ceilings when the wind got under the shingles. She really didn't want the job done because she was afraid to get taken advantage of! B.C Roofing, Brenden Cruwys will do every roof we ever own! I can't say enough! He was patient with my mom. He was respectful & took the time to make her feel comfortable. He & his crew were there when they said they would be & cleaned-up every piece of roofing material that fell to the ground even in the bushes around the house. The roof was in tough shape so it took 3 days but they stayed until it was too dark to work! Excellent roofer...nice guy! Impressed that the Owner actually was on the job with his crew! No loud radios! They even took the time to put the extra shingles on the little wishing well that was on my mother's front lawn...my dad had built it for her! HUGE POINTS HERE!!!! They didn't need to do that! Can't say enou
