I was not happy with them. The person who came missed a lot of things and the price was not good either. He did not have much knowledge about home inspection.

They were great. Total professionals in the work that they do. They take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand what they mean.

The inspector was personable and had a professional demeanor. However, there was very little that he noted, that I couldn't pick out with my own untrained eyes. Conversely, some unpleasant findings I've made since moving in should have come up earlier, had the inspection been more thorough: for instance, troubling cracks in a foundation wall, loosey-goosey electrical wiring, discolored water, obvious mouse damage in the garage. Finding all these would have taken some careful investigation in an occupied house, but that's why I was hiring an expensive professional.

Chris showed up to the site early, which is great. He started on the exterior analysis before we arrived. By the time we arrived (and were waiting for the seller's agent to let us in), he already started reporting on the exteriors and what should be expected from the interiors. Very efficient work! He performed a thorough job during all points of inspection. He gave me enough time to follow him around, made sure I understood what he reported and provided additional clarifications when he detected a blank or hesitant look on my face. Chris was very attentive and gave great balance between the time he needed to do his job (evaluate and write the report) and my own need to explore and inspect things on my own term. He offered to go through my follow-up questions at anytime post the inspection (though I found that his report was very clear that I don't need further questions). Very professional, punctual & well-mannered. I highly recommend him for home inspection.

THIS IS OUR THIRD HOUSE PURCHASE IN 5 YEARS SO WE'RE NOT ROOKIES. LENNY'S WAS THE POOREST QUALITY REPORT OF ALL. GIVEN THAT I'VE HAD TO SPEND $15000 FIXING THE ROOF, AND WATER DAMAGE WHICH BARELY REGISTERED IN THE REPORT (SIC. GET ROOFER'S OPINION) I'M SURPRISED AT ALL THE POSITIVE REPORTS OUT THERE. MAYBE THEY'RE ALL FIRST TIME BUYERS. REALLY A HANDWRITTEN REPORT AND CHECKLIST WITH NO PHOTOS COMPLETED IN ONE HOUR FOR A HIGH VALUE HOME IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT THE MORTGAGE ASSESSMENT WAS MORE INFORMATIVE THAN THE INSPECTION!

THE CALL TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT WAS A PLEASANT AND EASY ONE. REGARDING THE INSPECTION ITSELF, MICHAEL WAS VERY THOROUGH AND WAS PUNCTUAL. WE WENT UP TO THE ROOF, STARTED ON THE EXTERIOR AND ENDED IN THE BASEMENT. PRICE-WISE, I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVE FOR THE SQUARE FOOTAGE AS I DID CALL SEVERAL COMPANIES TO GET QUOTES. I RECEIVED THE REPORT AT THE END OF THE INSPECTION AND HE SAID I WAS WELCOMED TO CALL AFTER ITEMS WERE FIXED IF I CHOSE TO. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE B-SURE AGAIN.

AS A FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER, THIS PROCESS WAS A BIT DAUNTING. RICH COULDN'T HAVE MADE IT EASIER -- HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING ALONG THE WAY, AND CLEARLY KNEW HIS STUFF. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN NEXT TIME I'M IN THE MARKET!

HE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH, AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO POINT OUT THE MINOR QUIRKS OF OUR HOME. HE EVEN FOUND A SMALL AREA OF TERMITE CONCERN THAT THE TERMITE INSPECTOR MISSED! HE'S CLEARLY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND IS CERTAINLY PROFESSIONAL. I CALLED HIM THE NEXT DAY ABOUT A QUOTE I RECEIVED FOR SOME PAINTING WORK AND HE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY MESSAGE. YOU CAN CALL THEM WITH QUOTES FOR WORK YOU WANT TO HAVE DONE ON YOUR HOME (PAINTING, ROOF REPAIR, FLOOR REFINISHING, ETC.), AND THEY'LL TELL YOU IF IT'S A FAIR ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB.

LENNY IS THE HOME INSPECTOR FOR BOTH 'THIS OLD HOUSE' AND 'TRADING SPACES'. BESIDES DOING A GREAT JOB, LENNY ALSO OFFERS FOLLOW-UP SERVICE TO HIS CLIENTS. FAX HIM A QUOTE YOU HAVE RECEIVED FOR WORK OR REPAIRS ON YOUR HOME, AND HE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF IT IS A REASONABLE QUOTE (OR WILDY INFLATED!) I DON'T BELIEVE ANYONE ELSE OFFERS THIS TO THEIR CLIENTS.
