Description of Work: I needed a couple of small electrical jobs done, a light at the top of my cellar stairs and a light and switch in my coat closet. The man who came was very pleasant and accommodating. He called before he came to let us know the time and he was on time. He explained both jobs and what options there were for each. We are very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Description of Work: We exchanged a few emails trying to set up a date for a visit and estimate, but in the end the conversation went cold and I never received a followup call to confirm if a visit would be made during the times I was available. | |I'm sure they're good at what they do, just that if they really wanted my business, I would have expected to have gotten an appointment with them. I didn't pursue because I had already gotten two estimates and went with one of them.

Description of Work: On the basis of their strong rating on Angie's List, we asked Paciorek Electric for an estimate for wiring work in our home. The estimate was provided in short order and a date for the work to be done was arranged. The business confirmed the appointment via email and was good about contact with us generally. | |On the day the work was to be performed, they didn't show. Two phone messages were left with them and finally, I left the house for work. Later that morning, I received an apology both by email and by phone message. I was told that they had double-booked and that the work crew didn't have knowledge of our job being on the calendar. | |Things of this nature do happen and I appreciate their apology. Their good rating on AL likely means this was out of the norm. However, we will not pursue them for the work, hiring another company instead.
