I tried numerous times by phone and email to get them to come give me an estimate on window cleaning. They responded once that they would be in touch in a couple weeks. I never heard from them so I tried calling and emailing again and again with absolutely no response. I gave up.

Mark Holt is a perfectionist. The sun was not out when he washed the windows on a Saturday. He came back the following Monday to ensure that no issues were left unresolved. I have been using this company for a number of years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their work or their customer service. They can't go by a mirror without making it glisten like the windows! There's quality in the details.

Windows were well washed - materials beneath windows were removed and not put back - cost was on the high side

The house is very old and the windows are not in good shape. A-One Window knew how to clean and care for them and did an excellent job.

Jake did an excellent job. He was quite efficient. He had a very professional truck and equipment. We were very pleased with his service.

They are amazing. I can't believe how clean the windows and doors were and how much of a difference it makes both to how the outdoors look from inside, but also how the inside looks from inside. (Somehow the clarity of the glass brightens everything up.) Our son-in-law thought we'd had the interior painted, it looked and felt so different. They are terrific to deal with - it was a pleasure to have them around - and we are totally happy with the result. They are expensive, and we only do this every few years, but it makes an astonishing difference. We can't, even trying really hard, get a window clean in the way they do. I recommend them happily to anybody.

It was really inexpensive and I want to say it was about $125 for the full house. She was efficient, did a great job and she was really nice. She is also very friendly and I have never met her, that’s the funny part, I just talked to her on the phone. She came, did her thing, and went away. She came on a day she said she would and was done and when I came home the windows were clean.

They were just terrific. They did an absolutely wonderful job and while they were cleaning the windows they offered tips and made observations how to modernize my operation. The suggested new windows to keep the heat in during the winter. They had very competitive pricing from what I saw.

A-One has been consistent and reliable for annual cleanings for at least six years.

. Now that i have found A-1Melody was the original contact but since she was out of town, she hooked me up with her asst. Roxane. We had several conversations about the date and Roxane was extremely reliable about returning calls. she had to cancel a date but was very responsive about setting up a new one. She did a fantastic job! I had hesitated for a few years about getting this job done b/c i did not think I could find someone good or that the cleaning would make a difference. Now that i have found A 1 I will think differently. Roxanne was thorough and professional and checked her work to make sure she got everything esp. as the light changes throughout the day and things can been seen differently. I highly recommend this company. My windows and screens are spotless.

The owner is very professional. She is prompt, very friendly and did an excellent job.

Melody, the owner came out several days in advance and gave us an estimate. On cleaning day the crew (Melody, her brother and one other man) came about noon time with all equipment. One person worked the outside, another the inside and Melody was outside cleaning the snap out panels. From start to finish it took about five hours with virtually no breaks. The contrast between before and after was amazing. There were a few fixed panel windows which had interior condensation but the cleaning improved their view very well. A-One worked quickly, efficently and cleaned up after themselves. There was no damage of any kind to the house. We certainly will use them again.

Owner very punctual with calling back, coming out to house to get estimate, and scheduling appointment. Person who came to clean windows was professional, quick, and did a great job. His name was Mark Holt, who is also the proprietor of Marks Window Cleaning, and does commercial window cleaning as well. You may want to check him out.
