Both staff persons who did the work were professional, courteous & obviously committed to the quality of their work. We were pleased with the outcome. In the 23 years of owing my home and having many tradesmen work on my home, Matt was without a question the most polite, hard working person I have had on my property. I could tell that Matt took pride in his work The roof looks new, I could not be happier. The price was fair and the office staff were helpful in every step of the project.

First off, dealing with Jenna in the office was a breeze! Great communication and very easy to set up an appointment with Russ. Very reasonable estimate where other local companies bids were through the roof! Matt shoed up on time and did the job in a timely fashion and did a great job! The roof looked like new again!

It was excellent because they cleaned everything and they went above and beyond also the price was reasonable.

These guys and John, the owner are the best. They power washed my roof last summer and the job turned out great. John and I stayed in touch and I proposed some outside work before the season started up. We came up with a plan and price and work commenced soon thereafter. They removed 6.5 tons of debris from the side of my house! They painted the trim, powerwashed the shingles, and did some other repairs. My house looks sooooo much better. John and the crew are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I feel so lucky that I found them and know I can call upon John if future projects come up - they always do. Incredible work, great value, just really, really good people.

The cedar siding on my home had not been tended to for over 35 years, since it was built. It is truly amazing that the formula that John has invented does such an amazing job of cleaning the dirt & mold that has collected over all that time,and it is ecologically safe, as I live near a pond. Nick & Doug who did my home were knowledgeable, efficient & respectful of my property. On top of all that they were timely, hard to believe on Cape Cod! Would not hesitate to recommend this business. Wish I had pictures to show.

In the process of selling our house the home inspection highlighted a need to have our cedar shake roof cleaned and broken/missing shingles replaced. After extensive research I decided to go with Street Appeal Pros because they were the only company that not only cleaned roofs but also replaced missing shingles. The owner John was very responsive and did everything in his power to have the roof cleaned by the time of the close on March 29th. His crew was very punctual, very professional, very friendly and very flexible working alongside other contractors that were at the property. They worked long days to make sure that all work was completed prior to the close. After the work was done they cleaned up (siding, windows, patio,... ). The roof now looks like new.
