Once the transfer switch was installed he took me through a mock power failure where the main electrical line was disconnected and the generator was used to power the house. He took me through the process of using the transfer switch to go from line power to generator power and back again. Steve also took the time to label the circuits of the switch as to what room and what outlets they control. The price was less than I expected and the installation is very neat and accessible. I would highly recommend Steve for any electrical work you may have and I will use his services again.

We needed someone to check out our new home that we had purchased to be sure that everything was OK with the electrical system. It went extremely well. Steve gave us a very reasonable quote and showed up on time and performed the work quickly and professionally. Steve is a delight to work with.

Fantastic! Steve showed up on time and performed the work in exactly the time estimated. Steve is a true professional and knows what he is doing. Even if he had found an issue ( we have an old house!) I would not have been unhappy..just glad he performed a safe job. Steve was incredibly professional, responsive and reliable. He responded to my request for an estimate within 24 hours, he showed up exactly when promised, his estimate was extremely reasonable. When we scheduled the work, he again showed up within minutes of when he promised, worked hard throughout the day, left the worksite spotless, walked me through what he did and charged me exactly what he estimated. He is A++ and is now our "go to" guy for any and all electrical work. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

It went very well. Steve Tullock responded quickly to our phone message left at 4:00 am. He arrived on site and replaced the meter socket, called and met with the city electrical inspector (which was required for the power to be turned back on at the power pole), then contacted the power company and waited until they returned and restored the power from the pole. He then checked all of our appliances to ensure nothing was burned out during the incident. Everything was completed in less than seven hours, which would have been faster, however we had to wait for the city inspector to arrive, and then the power company to return after that. It was impressive considering I called him in the middle of the night. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. He kept me informed, and was very reasonable priced. I will definitely contact him again for any electrical needs in our home.

GREAT!!! Mr. Tullock came by and looked over the situation and told me I didn't need any work done except if I wanted a new panel. I never meet Mr. Tullock before and he could have taken advantage of me.

Excellent. Mr. Tullock found the wiring was on the same circuit as a GFI outlet in another bathroom which had tripped. He did not charge me for this brief service, although I would gladly have paid for the visit. His communication was excellent. I contacted him by email, he called back promptly, and called again when he was delayed before the visit. I will definitely call him again when I need electrical work done.

Steve was great. I called at 8:15 in emergency mode for a breaker in a rental property that would not reset. He found a short in a GFI outlet and was finished by 11 am. He was courteous to my tenants, cleaned up meticulously.

Perfectly!!! . . . . Although this was a small job and I called Steve on a Saturday, he made an appointment for the following Tuesday for first thing in the morning . . . . Very impressive for the middle of summer on Cape Cod! Job accomplished in about an hour, and he came across an outlet that he updated due to a safety issue. Steve was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair with pricing. He and his helper were very respectful of my property and also used great care in moving a heavy couch out of the way. I definitely recommend Steve for any electrical needs--large or small.

Steve answered my call quickly and professionally. Promptly looked at my job and explained the challenges to do the job and how he would address them. Gave me a clear estimate. Did the job at the earlier of the two dates he had proposed. Did it within the stated cost range. Identified other issues with my wiring system and how they could be addressed. Sent me pictures of the job he had completed, as well as the additional issues. Was very good at communication - something extremely important to me. Clearly very professional, in contrast with other service providers I have encountered. Will be my first choice in the future.

He and his son were punctual, hardworking, and pleasant to have around. I made some changes during the project and they had no problem with that. I had 3 bids and he was the most professional and reasonable of all.

After I contacted several electricians, Steve was the most prompt to reply. Other than electrical and plumbing work we are doing the remainder of the project ourselves as homeowners. Within a few days, as arranged, Steve stopped at the house to review the required work and called me from there with some questions. A few days later, he emailed a quote. I had some further questions and each time Steve responded in a very timely and professional manner either by phone, text or email. His quote was competitive and already I had a very good impression of Steve along with the reviews on Angie?s List so at that point we gave him a deposit for the work. Steve started and completed the rough electrical work including electrical permit and inspection within the time that he stated. This was not an easy task this past winter as our cottage is not heated in the winter nor is our road plowed by the town. When we were ready for the final electrical work, I notified Steve and again he completed the work as promised. His electrical work is very neat and he pays attention to detail. We definitely will hire Steve for all future electrical work as well as highly recommend him to others. He has proven to be extremely dependable, personable and the quality of his work is outstanding. He exceeded our expectations when compared with other contractors we have dealt with in the past.

It went very well. He was fantastic, he was knowledgable, explained everything and asked questions when needed. I was suprised at how fast he was able to provide the service.

I called him before calling National grid. He came over, checked it out, gave his analysis and what the issue was. He also fixed a few things, like the line was hanging down and saw something. He was very proactive taking care of that. He was awesome. He was really a good guy. He went above and beyond. He gave an accurate assessment of the situation. He also left a number for us to call if there were some issues with that. That was a Sunday, I believe so. It wasn't super cheap but it wasn't expensive. It was fair. It was a Sunday and got there. He told us when he was going to get there and called us right before.

When he came out to the house to review the job he identified problems that we hadn't considered. We were getting water inside our electrical panel for many years and finally one of the circuits stopped working. He identified several problems - cracked wires and wires that did not loop from the pole to prevent water from running down the wires. I immediately felt comfortable with Steve and his professional assessment of the problem. And since the electrical panel needed to be replaced we decided to upgrade to 200 amps for future expansion. His prices were very reasonable for the upgrade which made the decision easy to make. Steve was a delight to have in my home working on this project. He arrived on time and performed the job as he listed on his estimate - all with a warm smile. As many of you might know having someone in the house - even if it is in the basement - can be quite disruptive. This was not the case with Steve. It was very comfortable having him work here all day. He was also responsive to my emails about concerns I had about not having electricity for most of the day. Fortunately the sun was shining and it did not snow or rain that day so he could easily work outside. However, it was cold enough to not worry about the refrigerators and freezers. Steve stayed a bit longer in the day to complete the project which was greatly appreciated. He left the basement area neat and clean. I highly recommend him and would surely use his services again.

We have been using Steve Tullock for about 2 1/2 years for various electrical needs - from simple things such as installing outlets, ceiling fans, rewiring old wire and moving to different locatins, HDMI boxes, and numerous other jobs. This being our vacation home and not living here permanently, Steve is always available in a pinch and responded to an emergency we had ths past summer very quickly as we had renters who had lost all power. Beyond the quality of his work -he is extremely professional, personable, pays attention to detail and very dependable. We are so grateful to have found him and woudn't' call anyone else. We would recommend him to anyone!
